Despite coming across negative reviews, my personal experience with Krest Media has been quite the opposite. Throughout my time with them,I've witnessed a significant enhancement in how I handle client management. Cindy and her team have played a pivotal role in streamlining my processes. Tasks that once seemed daunting, like organizing client data and staying on top of communications, have become much more manageable. Cindy's commitment as my manager has undeniably contributed to this improvement. Overall, I'm genuinely pleased with the service they offer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others seeking similar support.

DO NOT WORK WITH! You can message me privately if you'd like details, but basically this went down. Paid $4,997 initial setup fee for Shopify store and tiktok business account. Also paid for ad spend, about $600 each month, along with shopify fees for apps and the pro version, that was about $100/mo. Yes, we made sales, about $1,500 total. After 2-3 months of working with, tiktok magically cancelled the ad account due to violoations of terms by Krest. Took about a month to rectify the issue, never was told why and was asked to send more ad spend money to a new financial account/app. Krest tried to rectify this 1 month mishap by offering $500 with a signed document to take down my original post, which i did. It's been 2 weeks and they have ghosted me, no refund, so im re-posting my original post to warn anyone who is thinking of spending their hard-earned money on folks like this.

All the one star reviews on here are legit!! This is a scam and I fell for it and never made a dime. They emailed me and asked me to take my review down and they would give me one month of free service!! If you couldn't get it done in 4 months what is one more month going to do!! ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The absolute worst. This company is a complete SCAM just like the rest of them. They are not legitimate at all. Turn and run.

Was told that these guys were professionals and they talk a good show. The communication was good, reponse times were good. Results were absolutely terrible. They claimed to have done immense amounts of research on the products before posting them as well as what types of ads work, but it seems more like they were just guessing as none of it showed any kind of promise. I had exactly 1 product that sold ANYTHING.

After 3 months, I had just 7 sales and made literally under $200. And then, they had the audacity to try to get me to pay an additional $500/ month at minimum for them to continue to manage my store. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me despite the absolutely awful performance. I can't even pay half of that in the 3 months of working with them and they somehow think I'll pay another $500/ month? What an absolute ripoff! This has been a horrible experience and I would not wish it on anybody. Now I need to figure out how to close my store before I keep getting charged.

Update: After my prior review, someone named Nico, who was supposedly one of the founders of the company reached out and stated that he saw my review and apologized and seemed like he was really embarrassed that my experience was so bad. He essentially begged me to come back and take down my review in exchange for 3 months of free services, transferring me to their "best" account manager during the busiest time of the year, Q4. He assured me that if I was to give them another chance to prove themselves, it would be much better. If it didn't, he personally guaranteed that I would make my money back or I would be refunded. He said all the founders agreed and he assigned me to what he claimed to be his best and during the best time of the year.

Despite all of that, each month they STILL tried to charge the $500 minimum and I had to reach out and complain to make sure it was waived. They kept stringing me along to make it look like they were doing better. At the end of the 3 months when my account still wasn't getting better this so-called founder disappeared and fully deleted his slack account. The other people there claimed he was either in a new department or was no longer with the company depending on who you asked. They proceeded to tell me the company could not afford to give me the refund I was promised and offered me a half price "deal" to pay $250/month instead of $500. They will try to claim that there was some revenue, and there may have been, but absolutely nothing of note. After 6 months including 3 months of the busiest season with their best agent and without having to pay for that time, buy still BARELY breaking even is absolutely ridiculous for people who present themselves as professionals. That, on top of them reneging on a guarantee they made, regardless of who made it is complete nonsense. I feel very dumb for having been taken like this, but at least I can try to share my thoughts with this forum to prevent others from falling into the same trap. This has been a horrific experience that I would 100% NOT recommend.

UPDATE - DO NOT DO THIS - after giving them too many chances and too much money, I have conceded. This is a scam. Adriel is my second consultant and is very smooth. UTTER FAILURE. I cannot believe that anyone has ended up with a profitable store. I have been trying to talk with someone regarding the refund policy and they have all disappeared.

I have been involved since September. To date I have had sales, but not even close to breaking even. I am having a hard time communicating now. They communicate with very polite, very generic messages. I'm not sure how these other reviewers are profitable in a month or 2 because I have not come close. I will finish this month and update my review either positive or negative.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Brutal company and never fulfilled anything they said they would. Paid 5k to start and 9 months later I have nothing to show for it. I think the most in a month sold was maybe $300 worth of product, but I'm also paying for ads and cost of product so never EVER had a profitable month. They said we will fix it if I kept going and nothing ever started selling better no matter what was said or done. Switched products all the time and couldn't get anything going even with there multiple country ad accounts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These guys will not get anything done for you and is a huge waste of capital and time. I would give less stars if I could for all the promises they made and never came through on.

They are a SCAM. Don’t do business with these people. I asked for my money back before the 30 days was up and never got it back. They made a sale themselves so I couldn’t get a refund back.

My experience with Krest has been awful I started up two Shopify stores with them at the same time convinced that it would be a great experience I was totally wrong, 5 months and $11K later I have absolutely nothing to show for it but a empty bank account where the money use to be, both stores total in 5 months after spending all this money I probably have jus over $575 dollars total in sales thats two stores not one it's awful both stores, and every month there asking me for more money to keep there service and MORE money for ads when they haven't produced any profits for me at all normally these stores produce nothing from week to week, Black Friday,Cyber Monday sales did not increase this has been the worst experience a $11K lesson learned...smh smh... Awful experience all they have done is take my hard earned money

SCAM ALERT. Do yourself a favor and save some money and do not sign with them. We started to partner with them in March 2023 and we were promised that they have already winning products to sell for us on shopify and charged us 5k and within 3 months we will be able to get our investment back and will be make 5 figures after 3 months. It's not the case, after 3 months we had hardly 6 sales and after spending at least another 3k on Ads, we have made may be less than 200 in total. Whenever we complained to store owner , he will change the manager and we had 3 managers but no one was able to generate any sales. We got customer complaints about not getting their items and other problems. We stayed with them for 7 months and had only 25 sales in total and after paying shopify , zendrop , taxes, there is hardly any profit left. They did do us a favor and waived our 500 minimum threshold fee for 4 months but what ever they promised never materialized. Do not sign with them, They will sweet talk to you but in end it's just a sweet talk. I am sure they will respond to it and will justify it but believe me , it's all SCAM.

Put your trust in Krest they will help to make money. Rome is not built in a

My account Manager Mo. Is very consistent with keeping me updated with progress and sales truly a professional. Sales have not been as advertised but I'm sticking with krest media and Mo to see if they come through on their claims. All in all I would recommend to entrepreneurs seeking to grow their portfolios. But be patient the process takes time. So I am updating my review Mo has since told me he can no longer work for free. And I need to start paying him to continue my service. For which I told him he is supposed to be payed from the sales he gets which has not been as advertised. On top of my advertising budget that was also supposed to come out of sales. I. Waiting 4 a manager to get back to me at this point to see how they handle customer service. So this is my final review 2 weeks no response from management no refund. Had to pay out of pocket for marketing. And pay vendors and shopify fees out of pocket. Total scam I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away as of 1/19/2024.

My journey in e-commerce started 3 years ago with many failures and investments which didn't pan out; even with what I believed was good due diligence on my part of about 15 DFY ecommerce sellers. These failures were, primarily due to deception, and lack of business acumen by the unscrupulous sellers of DFY ecommerce businesses. Krest Media is the extreme opposite of what I've experienced in the past, and I don't say that lightly.
I spoke with Jay on August (who was extremely patient) on August 21st to begin my due diligence phase. No pressure was applied to sign a contract. I knew the risks and felt extremely comfortable with moving forward. Krest Media, knows and cares about my goal of retiring in 5 years and achieving a modest passive income, which will supplement my retirement income.

Fast forward to today, with 2 stores actively selling, I'm beyond pleased. My account manager Adriel is a real PRO, and I couldn't be more happy with his DAILY check-ins and direction to take my stores to the next level. He is the best at what he does and I'm truly fortunate to have him as part of my success team. This is a calculated risk that is reaping rewards in just 3 weeks of my stores being active. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and with Krest Media leadership, Jay, and Adriel on my team, I foresee more store purchases in 2024. I'll keep you all updated. BELIEVE THE HYPE!
