Absolutely scam Did order books more then 13 days ago try contact where is my order - I was ignored and wasn’t reapply me on any of my email Finally Someone pick up phone today was reassure me they waiting on one book - book is on ship and will be definitely in this Thursday. I was clearly said When I was buying books was information some of this book have to be orders from Poland and can take up to 10 days but it’s much longer now so I said I want all my others book be send today and this one please resend when came . After 1 hour this person call me back and said they can give me other book like exchange I said I don’t want I want cancel all my order - ok no problem- he said , then after 10 min of this conversation getting messages with pictures of book and other pictures what they want exchanging what I didn’t agreed. Absolutely scam Avoid !!!!!

Ordered on 13.12.21, received my package on 11.01.22, absolutely terrible. Had no response to my complaint either, I was only informed just before Christmas that my order is not going to be sent out on time and I could change to other book from a very narrow and poor choice. Not happy as it was a Xmas present!

So fare wasn’t bad except that sometimes I will wait a long time for books. My last order doesn’t came, money charged, no reply for emails for months now! I want my money back and I’ll never again buy from this company! What a joke!

The best possible experience with ksiazka.co.uk. I contacted the team after placing an order online to ask if it's possible to send the parcel asap as needed as a birthday present. Immediately I received an email explaining that one of the books will be in stock within a few days so it might be too late for the birthday. Alternatively I can swap it for a different title so the parcel can be shipped immediately. Very helpful and nice Pascal, sent me pictures, directly to my phone, of books available and recommended that approach similar topics so I could easily pick one. These books were so good I made an extra order. All were packed and shipped same day and delivered to me by DPD next day! A+ service!

Nie Polecam! Szybciej jest zamówić sobie ksiązki z Polski, które dochodzą na 3-4 dzień, a nie po 20 dniach dostac email ze dostawa im sie opoźni i diabli wiadomo kiedy otrzymasz swoje książki :/

Jak dla mnie spoko, zawsze dostaję to co chcę, na czas.
Póki co się nie przejechałam.

Podejście do klienta mają na bardzo niskim poziomie.
Doceniam, że istnieją polskie ksiegarnie w UK i gdyby obsługa klienta była choćby trochę zaangażowana by zadowolić klienta, dzisiaj ten komentarz miałby zupełnie inną treść.

Ridiculous. Very Bad company. They charge my money straight away but i don't have my books for long time. I am not recommend.

Prosze unikajcie tych oszustow. Kupilem od nich ksiazki. Zaplacilem za 3 ksiazki a otrzymalem tylko dwie. Na moje emaile z prosba I sprawdzenie dlaczego nie otrzymalem towaru za ktory Zaplacilem nie otrzymalem zadnej odpowiedzi.

Another order that never arrived and no reply to the numerous emails , I won't be ordering from these jokers anymore and I advise you to do the same to spare yourself a disappointment.

Księgarnia wystawia na sprzedaż produkty których nie posiada. Kupiłam na początku stycznia książkę, zapłaciłam od razu . Jak się okazało księgarnia nie posiadała ttakiej książki na stanie i nawet nie byli pewni czy wgl będą w stanie ją przywieźć z Polski. Zaproponowali zwrot pieniędzy bądź wybór innej. Poprosiłam o zwrot pieniędzy. Od tamtej pory nikt nie odpowiada na moje wiadomości. Nie mam książki, nie otrzymałam zwrotu pieniędzy i nikt nie odpowiada na moje wiadomości . Nie polecam .

Ja również mialam same dobre doświadczenia. Korzystam bodajze teraz 4 raz i książki przychodzą zawsze bardzo szybko (kwestia max 2 dni). Polecam

Tragedia. Stanczo odradzam zakupów na tej stronie... 3 tygodnie czekam na 2 ksiażki... po otrzymaniu maila o rzekomej wysyłce nadal nic nie otrzymałem

Very bad customer service. Ignoring emails and messages. Sent to me wrong title and didn’t resend right one.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Zamówienie przyszło po tygodniu i tylko dlatego ze książek nie było na stanie (zaproponowano mi zmianę okładki), po telefonie książki otrzymałam na drugi dzień. Serdecznie polecam.

Tragedia!!! Zamówiłam z tej strony książki i jak zwykle jest problem z nimi!! Czekam na książki 3 tygodnie! I zero kontaktu! Z łaski odpisali na jednego maila a teraz cisza nadal nie wiem czy wogole je wysłali!! Zero profesjonalizmu nigdy więcej!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Rouge trader. They will charge straight away for books that are showing on their website as available, but no confirmation of the order. After waiting for a week i decided to send emails and ring up today. No answer to either form of contact. Mr. Wawrzyniak, the company's GM thinks it is ok to mug people off. Especially now, when every penny counts. Trading standards contacted as well.
