K Stars Opiniones

It was absolutely great. I got the mystery album for £12 and the albums I got I looked up and they were quite expensive at least from where i am from.

A nice album, delivered quickly and securely packaged. Another fun package from K Stars

It was very quick and I was kept informed every step of the way. The product was as described and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you

Album arrived in really good quality and very well wrapped! Very happy with my purchase ☺️

I always order from K Stars now any time there's a new release or something I'm looking for. It's a good price and the shipping is always fast and everything comes in perfect condition.

The delivery was super fast and arrived without any damage. I‘m realllyyyy happy with what I got. Thanks soo muchhhh

Kstars in my opinion is the best kpop shop in the UK! I've ordered around 10 times from them and visited them in their physical store and every experience I have had has been amazing! They always answer any questions honestly and quickly and are eager and happy to help with anything. whenever I order online from them it always comes super quick and there's never any damage on my albums or photocards :) The actual store is also very nice, me and my friend especially enjoyed the cafe the drinks are super yummy and the photobooth on the second floor

Overall 10/10! Highly recommend will always come back whenever my favourites have a comeback ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )

Very smooth and fast transaction. Complete items and in perfect condition.

I always enjoy buying from here as items come so quick! On this occasion I decided to preorder an item which came only a week after release!

I love this place so useful always respond to emails or insta dms and are always so caring

Thank you for a quick delivery. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Great service, fast delivery.

I love buying albums and kpop merchandise from K Stars!! The packages always arrive in perfect condition and I have never had any issues regarding my purchases. Totally recommend!

Their bigger store is much better than old one. Good range of stuff

The packed over all exceeded my expectations and over all amazing.
The only reason the rating is four stars and not five stars is because of the long time that the package took to ship.
Over all amazing.

After being a customer online and instore I have to say customer service is excellent. If you email they reply quickly. They go out their way to help you. If you need to cancel or change an order they do it without fuss if possible. Well done kstars for 5* service
