After 20 days they say they need to reorder part :(

I waited 10 days and never got a tracking number. Contacted them and they said would ship in 2 to 3 days. I waited another 10 days and told them they needed to ship it now! They said, "I am sorry we have to reorder this from Fluke now just let me know if you prefer a refund or not". In other words they never ordered the part from Fluke in the first place, you don't have to order again if you already ordered. Scammers. I'm just praying they will even refund.

Awful policies

30% restocking fee to return. They say 30 days to receive refund. Customer pays shipping both ways. When told of their poor policies and I would not be buying from them again they said "ok sounds good." Don't give your business to a company that doesn't earn it. Glad it was not a huge purchase. I should have looked at reviews first, they are terrible on every site.

FREE SHIPPING SCAM

All the web searches indicate FREE SHIPPING but when you try to buy an item and check out, shipping is added to the order. SCAM or BAIT & SWITCH?

They can't be trusted to honor your purchase agreement

I wish I could leave zero stars, given my level of disappointment. I placed an order in July and after the initial delays I was told the item was on backorder, due to chip shortages. Fair enough. It is now November. I looked up the item on their website and it is available to purchase (no more backorder), but my order remained unfulfilled. After contacting them, they rejected my order, as they did not want to honor the price I paid in July. A waste of my time and money, as the price continued to climb in the meantime, everywhere. I recommend you take your money elsewhere, to a business with integrity.

Seems to be a fraud dealer

Seems to be a fraud dealer. Placed and order, didn't get it, sent email, didn't receive a word back. Same story as everyone else. Don't know why a State attorney hasn't opened an criminal fraud investigation when there are so many complaints...?

Ordered online no product, no refund

Ordered online, after 2 days emailed for an update, got a reply that item would be available next month, I asked for cancellation and they disappeared - had to open a case with my credit card to get a refund. Won't be purchasing from here again

Careful of KtoolS vs Ktool...not the same!!!

This review is for Ktool.net, but I think there is a LOT of confusion, since TrustPilot "offers" Ktools.net but not Ktool.net!!!
I found ktool.net because I needed to buy a specific Morris Products under-counter light, and they offered by far the best price. I ordered on the Friday just before the 4th of July, so feel they should be given some slack for shipping. Monday was a holiday, by Tuesday they sent a shipping notice and by Friday I had the light. On Tuesday, I sent an inquiry asking about ship date, and they replied that evening...but it had already been shipped.
Very satisfied with the price and the delivery time.

consumer beware.

The company seems to be the type to deal with until you realise they are misleading. I placed an order with free shipping. Once they took the payment they sent me an email saying that I have to pay a shipping fee that is worth more than the product.
I spent 45min. with Amex in order to get a refund, and block them from using my credit card.

Charged my credit card, didn't deliver

Ordered a Fluke laser measuring tape from them. The item didn't arrive on time so I contacted them. They replied that they were waiting on Fluke, they should have it in a couple weeks. Checked again a month later, same response. Now it's been almost 3 months and they aren't answering my emails anymore. Tried calling, only got a message from a full voice-mail box.

Worst vendor ever

Worst vendor ever, I can give them zero stars, they say free delivery but is all a lie, after you place your order they say the item need extra money for delivery, the item I received was broken and hence I requested a replacement and that is when the nightmare got worse, more extra money asked, contacted sales for refund and no answer, phone call are useless, always go to voicemail and tell you to contact by email. I got stuck with a broken item, looks like they stole my money.
Don’t ever buy from them, unless you want to lose your money.

My experience with KTools was excellent…

My experience with KTools was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone. I had hesitated to buy from KTools because of some negative reviews. Then I ordered a set of snapring pliers shortly before Christmas. The company sent the package express at no additional cost and I arrived before the holidays while other retailers' deliveries did not.

If you are attracted by the very competitive prices, I wanted to share that I got my tools in great condition and with super fast delivery.

KTOOL has best prices and service

I looked online for a Packard draft inducer motor. KTOOL had the lowest price by far. I then looked for reviews and found a bunch of negative comments.
I decided the low price was worth the risk to to order the motor from KTOOL. But first I emailed them to check the stock. In one day they confirmed it was
in stock and would be drop-shipped. I placed the order on tuesday and received it on friday. I installed
it the next day and the motor worked perfectly.
I highly recommend KTOOL They have the best
prices and the best service. I would definitely order
from KTOOL again.

Avoid ktools.net at all costs!!

Avoid ktools.net at all costs!!! Very unprofessional owner. Terrible customer service. Deceitful marketing! This company doesn't have any products in stock, instead it just drop ships other companies products from their websites, often with weeks of delay before any shipments go out.

The problem with this website is that it's advertised by google shopping but google provides no way to read that seller, so you can't see any user ratings. If you search for ktool, you can see the actual physical business in google maps and the user ratings are terrible: 1.5 stars, filled with complaints about unresponsiveness to emails and phone calls, lots of people saying they made orders that never came or didn't come for two months, terrible unresponsive customer service. Apparently it's a one-man operation. From looking at their website you can see they have 12,000 products listed on their website. But one man isn't selling 12,000 products out of a warehouse in new york. This is a pop-up website that's probably just drop shipping other companies products (by ordering items through those companies on your behalf), but selling them through his website. I don't believe he has any products to sell. I think his website takes orders and then he orders them through other websites and has those companies ship them to you. The problem is his website advertises that all of the products are in stock at his company. It also says that you can get next day or two day shipping on most products.

I ordered three products from the website that all said they were in stock. 11 days later, the website order status still said no updates (not processed, not backordered, not shipped). So I emailed his company through PayPal and requested a refund for my entire order because i don't want to wait more than twelve days (and who knows how long) for my order to ship. He gave no update on my order status, until I called his 800 number listed on his website and asked for a refund. Instead of calling me back, to resolve the problem, or responding through paypal (who will reverse the payment for bad customer service / failure to ship), he emailed me directly to notify me that one of the products was back ordered instead of refunding my payment I had requested (in my voicemail and through PayPal). The problem is that i requested a refund, not a status update, and he didn't provide a status update. I still don't know what the estimated time of arrival is for the product i ordered that his website said was in stock 12 days ago. He also didn't even ask me if I wanted to wait more than two weeks for my shipment. It was reasonably expected to ship within a couple days based on normal expectations of e-commerce websites, his shipping page which says many items ship second day or next day, and the item status on his website which said they were in stock. The problem is his website still says that item is in stock at his warehouse.

This website just gives the appearance of being an e-commerce website, including an 800 number, but if you call that number there's no outgoing voicemail message like you normally find on any businesses voicemail. Instead it just has a robot that says leave a message. At least he responded within 24 hours, but he didn't actually respond to my request, instead he sent a rebuttal that I would have to wait for an undefined amount of time for a back order of a product that was / is still advertised as in stock on ktool.net.

If you search the better business bureau in his town in new york, you find hundreds of complaints on his business for bad customer service, unresponsiveness, failure to send products that were ordered, after weeks or months of delays, customer avoidance by the owner about products that were ordered.

I reported the shady website to PayPal, documenting that all of the products were supposedly still in stock on their website, but one product was still back ordered after a month. After looking into it they fully refunded my money about a month after I bought them through paypal.

I also complained to google shopping because they referred me to this website for a commission on the advertising of it. They shouldn't promote shady businesses.

DO NOT BUY FROM KTOOL!!

DO NOT BUY FROM KTOOL!!! This company is really good at taking your money the day you place your order BUT when you do not receive what you ordered they do NOT refund your money. They also do not respond to emails or phone calls. I got the BBB involved in my transaction with KTOOL and then they did respond but still NO REFUND!! The company claimed they refunded my account so I went to my bank and asked if I had a deposit from this company (nope) and even looked thru all my statements from the day they took my money...no refund. The responses I got from KTOOL is that they refunded and that is all. SO if you like to order from a crook and a liar or just want to throw your money away this is the company to buy from!!
