Very poor support experience.
My Hydrawise controller (X2) is online but unusable due to a system error (“pending ownership transfer”). I cannot manage irrigation at all.
I have been trying to get support for over a week with no resolution. Responses are generic and do not address the real issue.
This is not a user problem but a system/backend failure, and the lack of proper technical support is unacceptable.
I expected much better reliability and service.
