Great location close to the heart of Moseley and not too far from Kings Heath . Literally walking distance to great restaurants and pubs. Perfect location and accommodation for a short stay .

Everything was great just a couple of thing not happy with.

1. Having to pay £150 deposit I’ve not got a problem with paying it but have to wait 7/14 days to get the refund back and 48 hours to make a decision if we got the deposit back.

2. We arrived at 3.20pm check in was 3.00pm and the housekeeper was still in there and there was a terrible smell of sweat in the room.

3 After we had checked in the housekeeper knew we were there as we saw them. Then when we were unpacking a man came straight into the room without knocking, looking for a cloth, not good luckily we were all decent.

The property was excellent

Had an issue with the front door, and so Kunda House had to move us down the street. Place clean and beet, need to have information regarding garbage, where to leave on longer stays, etc.

Awful experience. Never made it inside the property! Was sent the wrong code and no-one answered the phone to help us. Eventually gave up and found somewhere else. Avoid!

I would recommend this hotel

Left an hour with kids in front of the door waiting for the Access code. (No mention of a deposit when proceding to the booking)
Flat rented for 4 people but with equipment for 3 people (3 chairs,...)
No hot water on arrival, we had to turn manually the heater booster every morning and night to make sure that there would be hot water available.
Fire alarm system failure with a constant beep just the other side of the wall for 2 nights.
I would expect a partial refund if this experience was unexpected and unusual.

The staff was very Helpful. And the place was in a good Location Too. Easy to get to Town from there.

Toilets in room

The flat was lovely and spacious, and in a good location. There were a number of issues, however.
1. A number of basic items were missing e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, basic cooking utensils in the kitchen, foil and any cleaning supplies for general upkeep. I had to purchase these myself.
2. Kunda House didn't respond to emails and when a maintenance person was sent to fix the broken flush button, he didn't return and no updates were given until we followed up multiple times. The missing basic supplies were never supplied
3. Upstairs in apartment 5 a very noisy group of students who partied loudly for three nights straight. we couldn't sleep due to the loud banging, screaming and talking late at night. We had to knock and ask them to keep it down two nights in a row.
4. In general, the flat was clean. However one knife I pulled out from the knife holder was very dirty as if it had just been used and put back without being washed. Surely these things should be checked by housekeeping staff?

The place very clean and customer service very good.

Property was untidy, beds uncomfortable and the garden was overgrown with weeds. Won’t book again!

Worst place to stay at , don’t EVER waste your money

Nice clean room and a large modern shared kitchen. The room itself was large enough and had an easy to use smart tv where you can sign into all your usual apps. The church bells chime on the hour every hour so if it’s warm when you stay, take some earplugs!

The room was clean and tidy. My stay was great with quiet environment. Love to try Kunda house again

Regular contact and updates. All information needed was sent and easy to follow. Excellent service, quality and professional. The apartment we had was in perfect location and was outstanding inside
It was perfect for our needs and will 100% consider using again.

This is the 1st time I stayed at the old grange property of Kunda house. It has to be the worst experience I have had so far!, The whole house was over run by insects and bugs which resembled small cockroaches! I had to buy a fan as I couldn’t have the window open hoping this would minimise the bugs.

I tried calling customer service and wrote them emails and tried the online chat for the whole week I stayed and I was simply ignored! I have stayed at another branch of the Kunda house on Mosley road and that was always a pleasant stay but there you have no chance of parking and it’s very noisy. I would avoid the old grange property at all costs it just isn’t worth the money

Equipment not working, helpline always too long to answer and not helpful. Smelly rooms

Nice qiute and clean

I always try to help businesses and give honey reviews but I am really disappointed the my stay at Kunda house.
1) I travelled from Canada and requested them to let me in just an hour before my check in time but they refused and then I had to leave for my work.
2) when I returned at 7:00pm, the code to get in the house did not work and they made me wait outside in cold for 2 hours and made me try multiple attempts to get in, when I finally got in the house then the code did not work to get in the room and again they made me do the same exercise and I finally got in the room by 9;30pm.
In the morning when I went from the Airport they did not let me in and then at the end of the day when I reached the Kunda house they made me wait outside in cold for 2 hours.
First day I slept without blanket and the room was freezing and I requested to provide a blanket next day morning, then I called at 9;00pm till 11:00pm but they failed to provide me with blanket. And till I left the house they never provided me any blanket and I had to sleep in freezing room.
3) There was other guy in the house and he started cooking early in the morning and all the smell of the cooking made me nauseous and I was not able to sleep.
4) Other night this guy started cooking late night and was making loud noise of grinder and utensils.
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMAMD this place
ERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I would not give even 1 star to Kunda place
