Bait and Switch - This service is absolute trash now
This service is absolute trash now. When I first tested them out on a monthly subscription for VPS, everything worked perfect. But the second I committed to a upgrade hardware from 2GB to 8GB Ram with yearly subscription, the service completely fell apart.
I can no longer connect to my server normally. The public IP connection is dead, forcing me to rely on their junky, lagging NoVNC web console just to access my own machine. To make matters worse, they have severely throttled the server's bandwidth—the internet speed has dropped down to a pathetic 1 Mbps. And there public IP wont work on day hours.
It feels like a complete bait-and-switch operation to trap you into a long-term contract before throttling your resources and cutting off proper access. Save your money and look for a reliable provider. Avoid it at all costs.
