My email sent to Kissfaith, however it was bounced back to me:
“Yesterday, September 23, I received your package, and gave it to my daughter.

I was very disappointed with the product you supplied, and am disgusted that you misrepresented the item - in fact, I would venture to say the product that you advertise is absolutely NOT the product you led me to believe I paid for.
That is false, and misleading information.

The key holder that you advertise clearly shows it has contoured shape, not a flat piece of paper sandwiched between two pieces of flat plastic, which was what you sent.

Unless you post to me the advertised product, I will proceed further with this matter to expose your shoddy trading standards.
