It was all a fraud. The plant started drying out after just 10 days, even though it was kept in sunlight. I strongly suggest not going with them; it's all just a show. You would be better off buying a fake plant.

I am not very happy with the Kyari company. I had ordered 4 plants as per their offer. It has been almost a month and I have not received my order yet. When I talked to customer care, they said that the wrong price was quoted. Your plants will not be delivered, you will get your money back. I have made several calls and emails but am not getting any response. Now they are not even receiving my calls. I feel this company is a fraud. I have seen this complaint from several people as well. If anyone wants to buy plants, I would say that they should not trust them easily.

I recently placed my third order with Kyari, and I'd like to share my experience. One thing I noticed is that they split orders into separate shipments. For example, when ordering 4 items, each item gets its own tracking number and arrives on different days. This makes it hard to track all the items.
My first two orders with them went okay, but I had problems with my latest order. Some items never arrived, even though Kyari marked them as delivered. When I contacted customer service about this, they asked me to prove that I didn't receive the items, which is quite difficult to do. They did open a support ticket, but nothing came of it.
While Kyari works fine when everything goes smoothly, they don't handle problems well. Their requirement to prove that items are missing isn't practical, and they don't seem interested in finding solutions. Because of this experience, I've decided to stop shopping with Kyari.

Third plant xl size never arrived. Customer service is just not helpful and replacement never happened. Payhetic quality and service is also horrible.

What a joke! Kyari.co sent me a pathetic excuse for a plant and a shoddy planter that barely held together. It's incredibly frustrating to receive such low-quality products after waiting for the delivery. My advice? Look elsewhere for your plant needs.

Extremely bad first experience with Kyari. I ordered 2 Areca and 2 Calacea plants 2 weeks back. Only 2 Areca and 1 Calacea were delivered 1 week back, 1 is still pending. Nobody from Kyari customer care is helping me out either on call or email despite multiple follow-ups.

Extremely disappointing first experience. I ordered a Golden Money Plant and a Lucky Bamboo Plant from Kyari, but received the wrong plant — they sent a Money Variegated Plant instead. The bamboo plant was damaged, the pot was cracked, and the box was crushed. To make things worse, the order was delivered to the wrong house first.
When I contacted support, they initially tried to convince me that the Money Variegated and Golden Money Plant are the same. Only after I shared official links from their own website did they finally admit the mistake — which clearly shows a lack of product knowledge or that even their own team isn’t aware of what they sell. That’s shocking coming from a plant-focused brand.
Regarding the bamboo plant, they refused to replace it, saying it's “not dead” and will recover with care. One team member even claimed their “doctor” had checked and confirmed it would regrow, and asked me to just “take good care of it.” But I’m not a botanist — I didn’t pay to receive a damaged plant that I need to nurse back to life. Another person even suggested I remove one stalk — but isn’t the number of stalks in Lucky Bamboo symbolic and tied to Vastu? I ordered this for positivity and spiritual reasons, not to randomly modify it myself.
These are auspicious plants, not just decor items to experiment with. The product should have arrived healthy, intact, and meaningful — not broken or incomplete.
I regret choosing Kyari. I should’ve ordered from Amazon or a local nursery where customer support actually understands product value. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience.... ordered one medium size plant on 12 may.... didn't got delivery....not able to track my order...in customer care no one picking ph....after many try when they pick then use to give many reasons.... wanted to cancel my order...then they said they will return money...that also didn't happend...and after so many days today(2nd June) I got plant in worst condition...I know they will do nothing about it....so, not making call on customer care....

I placed an order for an Oyster Plant with Medium Metal Self Watering Pot (Order #K-312168) on 2nd May 2025, and to date, I have received nothing but poor service and false promises.
Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from your support team that the shipment would be marked as RTO and a refund would be processed once it reached the warehouse, absolutely nothing has happened. Now, to top it all off, I received a "Congratulations, your order has been delivered" email 24th May – what a joke. The order was never delivered, the gift is ruined, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
This was supposed to be a gift, and your careless logistics and unresponsive support team have completely ruined the experience. I trusted Kyari for the first time and deeply regretted that decision. I would have been better off ordering from Ugaoo or any other platform that actually delivers what they promise.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, a waste of my time and money. Please stop delaying, stop sending automated nonsense, and process my refund immediately. I have been more than patient, but I am done waiting.

Only received one plant — the Green ZZ Plant worth ₹349 — and even that one was drying up!
I raised a complaint saying that the Lucky Bonsai Plant worth ₹1019 was not received, and the other one that was received is drying up.
No one listening only writing some one will look, issuing refund

The Delivery team kept on promising that follow the care instructions for the next 12–15 days; if the plant shows no improvements or if it fails to survive, we will provide you with a replacement. At the end of 15 days, when the plant failed to survive, they din't bother to help with a replacement despite multiple followups with the support over mail and phone calls.
Never ever buying from Kyari again. Worst company!

Disappointing Experience – Never Buying Again!
I recently made my first purchase, and it was an absolute disappointment. The plants arrived in terrible condition—broken pots, dried and aged leaves, and much smaller than promised. It was nothing like what was advertised!
To make matters worse, their customer support is a nightmare. First, they ask you to email them, then they make you fill out Google forms, dragging the process endlessly. It feels like they expect customers to keep chasing them, as if we have all the time in the world.
I lost ₹2,200 on this scam. If you value your money and time, avoid this seller at all costs!
