They are Frauds as they commit delivery…

They are Frauds as they commit delivery date and take order but later they just keep giving u assurance without delivery. I ordered 1 plant on 6th Feb to gift to my friend on his silver jubilee. The expected delivery mentioned was 11 Feb while I was placing the order. But today 12 Feb after lot of chase ,they sent me mail saying they will deliver this in next 4-5 days. DONT GET TRAPPED.

I buy 4 plant from kyari.co and all plant is very good conditions and packaging is also very good after one month my one spider plant's leaf is dried and i take help for customer service of kyari so they are very helpful and give me fully response and they give me replacement of my plant I have fully satisfied with customer service of kyari.co so please go on and buy it

They have pathetic customer support

They have pathetic customer support. They don't reply to emails, don't pick calls. I bought a bundle - received damaged plants. I had to undergo so much issues in contacting them then finally got my replacement. But after 5 days the plant died again. And now again I am struggling to contact them, and not able to reach out to them.

Pathetic after service
Never ever buy plants from their website. I bought two plants. Just got one that was also in poor condition and torned. I never got the second one. When i complained about that, they didn't resolve my problem, just refunded the amount for one plant that they couldn't deliver.
Also when i ordered the plants after few days their tracking website stopped working and its still not working till today.
If you put a complaint through email, they are not going to respond for days.
When i told them that i am going to consumer court only after that they refunded the amount for one plant only.
Very very very poor service. Disappointed.

Ordering two products and receiving only one was such a delightful surprise—it really kept me on my toes!
Despite my numerous reminders, request - 51453 / request - 51523 which seemed to disappear into the void, I must commend you on your consistent lack of response. It's truly a testament to your commitment to minimalism in customer service.
Your innovative approach to outsourcing to third-party vendors without any traceability is also quite impressive—it's like a mysterious treasure hunt every time I try to track down my missing product!

I will recommend everyone not to bye…

I will recommend everyone not to bye any plant’s from Kyari , they will just send the plants once and will forget everything thereafter . I have experienced such a bad experience with them . It’s been over 2 weeks I have been following up with the team to replace the damaged plants , but they are making excuses everytime .
In simple words they are not going to replace anything , in whatever condition you have received the article you have to keep them .

Terrible company

Terrible company! Worst experience ever. They never deliver anything on time and refuse to refund money despite multiple support communications. I am planning to file a complaint with the consumer court. If I could give a -10 rating, I would.

it's been a month since i ordered it

it's been a month since i ordered it. i will suggest you do cash on delivery only. otherwise you'll neither receive the product nor the money. i am still waiting for the product since a month. they are not sharing proper update related to shipments. it's like once they receive money they don't care. the support service is most pathetic I've ever faced. they tell you that they will look into your issue or raise a high level concern but the truth is they don't care about customer. they are not capable of providing proper resolution.

Damaged plant

I ordered Philodendron red plant and received it today. Extremely disappointed as it was delivered with the leaves infested and is not fit to be kept at home in the living room. Customer support was very bad with no refund/ replacement. Stupid people, they are asking to water and take care for 10 days and if plant dies they will replace it seems. Why should I accept infested and poor quality plant. Worst website and customer support, will never recommend

I recently order snake plant from this website which costed me around 450Rs. After 3 weeks I get an message that Order is out for delivery and after 1hr I got another message, That your order is delivered. I still haven't received my order and there customer support is pathetic. I think I just got scammed, better not be you !
