Our international orders, including those placed through our UK website, are currently fulfilled from our Australian warehouse, and we apologize that this wasn’t clearer at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, customs fees and return postage costs are determined by local authorities and couriers currently, however, we are currently looking into ways to improve our services and include these costs at the time of purchase to improve our International customer experience.
