Thank you for this review!
No washing/ care label or guarantee it's alpaca
It's a big blanket with a nice soft feel to it, however it's not got alabel saying what it's made from and no washing/care instructions.

Dear Janet Sykes,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on Trustpilot. I'm glad to hear that you appreciate the size and softness of the blanket. However, I apologize for the absence of a label and washing instructions. We value your input, and I will make sure that this information is available in the future.
To care for your blanket, I recommend the following steps:
Hand Wash Only: Gently hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the blanket.
Rinse Thoroughly: Make sure to rinse out all the detergent using cold water to prevent shrinking.
Lay Flat to Dry: Lay the blanket flat on a clean towel. Roll the towel with the blanket inside to remove excess moisture.
Unroll and let the blanket air dry.
Avoid Bleach: Please avoid using bleach as it can damage the fibers and alter the color.
Thank you once again for your review.

Nice colours.

I ordered a blanket and am over the moon with it. It feels so soft, lovely colours just as in the picture online. Surprised how small the parcel was and how large and warm the blanket is despite not very thick . Came quickly, too . Highly recommended.

Well I can honestly say that at 57 years of age I have done many purchases of goods. Both for Business and pleasure.
Laipaca has been probably the best company I have ever dealt with.
Magnificent product i.e the clint Eastwood poncho.
The communication I had with them prior to purchase was swift replies and honest. They actually go above and beyond answering emails outside of business hours.
Well done Laipaca, a truly great company to do business with.
