I make content for my online business and I don't always have time to record myself talking, someone told me about voice cloning so I gave it a try and it was really easy with Lalals.
It saved me a ton of time and I recommend it for that!!

Really great service, some of the best AI tools i've used. I use them all the time for splitting stems, better than any other service i've tried to be honest.

Frustrating from start to finish — the whole thing is nearly unusable, the quality is nowhere near what’s advertised, and it’s ridiculously overpriced for what you actually get. Overall, a genuinely bad experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I am a producer and I used a vocal cloning for a song using lalals. I bough conversion credits and found it nice. I ran into a problem while creating and I reached out to support. I found the support really helpful. The support reached out and my issue was fixed in a couple of hours.

I am a curious user and I used AI voice cloning and found it really amazing. I used the Robbie McDade 2.0 AI Clone and found it similar to the original. Although sometimes the voice breaks, it is simply the best among other apps I tried.

Was a good page. then prices exploded for the most used voices. also I mean they already steal voices... not also my money

it's even worse. If you have been a member before, they hide the voices you used most behind a massive paywall.

I couldn’t get the product to work then I tried to cancel and it’s giving me an error code that says “ event must be a valid enum valuefeedback must json string. I just want my account cancelled and refunded. Username fukutoob1

Scam! they don't give you test credits. 1 credit costs 3 dollars but it doesn't cost you anything. Voice cloning is there, but you can't test it, so it's susceptible to fraud and they don't say how much you need for a clone. plus I found out that LALALA.com is a fake Germany company and not hosted by Germans because it is hosted in the U.S. Not in Germany, which also explains why it is a dollar currency and not a euro. Their digital office is in Germany to make fraud and scams difficult to find. stay away from them because they are dirty scammers. but they are stupid. their service runs on a digatl office and germany rented server. so they fall under the DSA and GDPR law and I am going to sue them for fraud

EDIT: Support finally reached out and reviewed the entire exchange and refunded my money.

I needed the Ke$ha AI for a fun work parody at an event we were having July 22, so I paid the $24 in order to use the feature. I uploaded my mp3 on July 18 and nothing happened. I tried 3 times, and it showed it uploading but there was nothing there. So I reached out to Support. They said try using the remix feature. I replied with a screencap of the menu they guided me to that there was no remix feature in my menu. Nobody ever replied. Their terms of refund say if they are unable to fix your issue within a week, they will refund you. So on July 30 I replied again that it had been over a week without resolution and I would like a refund. They replied that the voice cloning feature is now working. I uploaded again and it is indeed working now, however I still went 10 days without a response and only needed it for the work thing on the 22nd. They responded it was only down a couple of days, but Support never told me it was up, so I could never use the service.

Man, I'm at my wits end now. I've been a supporter of this service since the beginning. They have just let me down over and over again. My credits keep disappearing. Then they'll restore it. Then they disappear. Then they restore it, but not quite right, etc. It's just a maddening back n' forth.

I can never trust them to get things working right and to honor our deal and arrangement. The performance of the site is frustratingly unpredictable as well. If you guys are reading this, please fix this, or I just have to be done.

For months now, I had issues with my subscription. They claimed, they are moving to a new system 2 months ago. Still the pro features I payed for for the last couple of months do not work. AND! I can't cancel my subscription, because I am led to an old version of the website. Which does not work anymore.

I tried a free model to at least do something - got an error - the model does not work anymore at.

I think they just abandoned the project and still take the money.

I paid for a 1 year Pro Plan in July. (Over 200$) Then they updated their website about 2 months later and I lost all pro features, seems my plan was not transferred to the new website. Their site says “round the clock customer service” but no one will respond to my emails. All I want is what I paid for and a response from customer service. These are the basics of business that every business needs to be able to accomplish. This is a business that can’t even accomplish the bare minimum. The incompetence obviously flows fluidly through this business because If they had just been able to give me what I paid for I wouldn’t to have to be contacting customer service. It’s not like there is a physical product to get to me or there is a service call at my house, no one has to leave the office, all we gotta do is get someone to do their job at the job they are already at and give someone access to the plan they already paid for.
If there is anyone there with even a shred of basic, day 1, bare minimum skills can you please have them respond to 1 of my many emails. Just 1 of the emails, not all of em. We’ll keep it as simple as possible for you. I’ve seen on The Internet that this has happened to multiple people so you are familiar with it. Should be an easy fix by now…that’s giving you the benefit of the doubt you even fixed the problem for anyone else.

Hands off, the page looks good and maybe works for 5 conversions, after that it just hangs and nothing works for me. I have tested this twice in 6 months on Pro. The support always says they are working on the site. The fact is, you're being taken for a ride here! Looks good, but is unusable.

I paid for Pro Plan. The Custom Voice didn't work. The Music AI didn't work either. I reached out to customer service; they replied I had an old account; they were going to upgrade their website; this would solve all problems. They replaced their website, but my prescription plan was not transferred to the new website. I can't use any Pro voices anymore. All this has been going on for about a month.

Okay, I've been on this site three times. The second time I was on there I tried to create three voice models, and over two weeks later they still weren't ready. Plus I couldn't put the pictures of the singers of the voices on them. This third time I tried three AI song conversions, and they played the lead vocals but not the music. I thought I could find what I was looking for on there, but I was seriously mistaken. Lalals is just pathetic! In addition, two days ago I got an email stating that my money had been refunded, but it hasn't hit my bank account yet. How disappointing are these people trying to be? SERIOUSLY!!?

A great service! Very useful both for fun and as a professional tool.

says 15 free conversions monthly i did one then it says no more credits quite disappointing i couldn't give it a full try out(i try before i buy anything)
