I have seen some awful reviews of this company but I have received the goods today and they are exactly as promised. I bought 2 personalised dragon cushipns. They are vibrant, properly finished and the embroidery is very neat. I will buy again from this seller.

Total scam. Stay well clear of this mob.

I ordered a personalised whiskey clock and it did not look like the photo on the website. It appeared to be a photograph of someone else’s product transferred onto a piece of plastic.

This website is a scam!

This is a scam. The item they advertise is not what you get. Then, when you try to return, they offer you 20% off to keep it, and PayPal is no help either, even though you submit a picture of what you ordered compared to what you received. Stay away from this site.

SCAM COMPANY!

Advertising images from other small businesses. House signs are actually from a company called Mac and Lilly. Do not buy from this company, head to the genuine small business if you want a quality, handmade product.

Ordered a house name and number from lalatab. It took 25 days to come and when it finally did it was laughable. It was nothing like what I order and seemed a year old had put it together!.
They refused to give a refund so I had to contact my credit card company.
They are fraudulent, keep away!!.

Ordered a personalised blanket from my Son for his mother for Christmas on 03/12/2022. The item was awaiting collection from courier for nearly 20 days. I finally received the item on 13/01/2023, only to find out it was incorrect & I had been sent somebody else's personalised blanket complete with there sons face on the front! I demanded a refund on countless occasions & they decided they were only willing to give me 30% of the refund. They refused to give me a manager's contact details or put me in the direction of a complaints department. An embarrassing company.

This company is a complete scam. Ordered a birthday and Christmas present in November and my parcel was ‘lost’. They are refusing to refund me unless I send the parcel back (which I haven’t received) and are stating that THEY have lost money so won’t refund me in full! I have tried to claim my money back since 20th December, we are now on the 9th January and they are still refusing to refund me

Complete scam. They take your money, lose your parcel then try to get you to pay again for the same thing. To top it off they refuse to give you a refund. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE !

Very poor customer service. Email communications were unprofessional and unhelpful. Poor quality items which did not look like the products advertised on the website. Refunds are not simple and it is very painful to get any of your money back. Would not recommend.
