Bought 2 sweat pants, while the products seems good initially. After 5 months the zippers are breaking off, wholes appear in the crouch area and cord to tie are flaking.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a T-shirt and have already sent three emails requesting a return label, but I have received absolutely no response. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
Additionally, the product itself is not as described. The T-shirt was advertised as “off white” on your website, but in reality it has a noticeable pinkish tone. This is misleading and not what I expected when placing my order.
At this point, it honestly feels like you are deliberately ignoring my requests in the hope that the return period will expire. If that is the case, it is a very dishonest way of doing business.
I expect a prompt reply and a proper solution, including the return label I have been asking for. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience more widely.

Achtung: Habe über Klarna (Rechnung) bezahlt und habe 1 TShirt und 1 Hose behalten. Rücksendelabel von La Machine verwendet. Klarna musste nachforschen, wo die Rücksendung war, da La Machine kein Feedback an Klarna gegeben hat, dass die Rücksendung eingetroffen ist. Jetzt konnte mit Hilfe meiner Infos (Foto Rücksendelabel, Trackingnummer) das Paket gefunden werden. Als wäre das nicht schon ärgerlich genug, geht es natürlich weiter :-) (was mich auch dazu veranlasst hat, eine 1 Sterne Bewertung zu vergeben, ansonsten wäre ich nicht tätig geworden..).
La Machine berechnet mir satte 60€ zu viel und jetzt habe ich den Ärger mit Klarna wieder an der Backe, da ich "angeblich mehr Teile behalten habe als zurückgesendet".
Unseriös hoch 10, vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Widerspruch ist natürlich von mir eingegangen bei Klarna....
Werde dort nichts mehr bestellen, auch wenn ich Jumbo Fan bin... :-(
Voor m'n verjaardag kreeg ik een mooie trui van La Machine, maar met een vlekje op de rug. In no time keurig hersteld met een nieuwe trui en nu wacht ik op kouder weer om de trui aan te kunnen! ;-)

The products are of very good quality, very pretty and the correct sizes. Very attentive and helpful, they have answered all the questions raised by email very quickly and kindly. I recommend the store 100%.
Producten vind ik fantastisch laat ik dat voorop stellen, maar helaas nu vier keer geprobeerd te bellen waarbij een standaard bandje wordt afgespeeld en op drie e-mails geen reactie gehad. Simpel te beantwoorden vraag, maar helaas is er op het gebied van klantenservice nog veel te verbeteren.

Beste Sjoerd, spijtig te horen dat je geen reactie hebt ontvangen. We hebben namelijk wel 4x netjes op je berichten gereageerd, maar ik verwacht dat deze in je spambox terecht zijn gekomen. Erg vervelend. Wij bieden hiervoor onze excuses aan.
The new padded jacket is wonderful. It fits quite snuck and I prefer this on these types of jackets. If you want it to be a bit looser I'd recommend sizing up.
The colors and quality are really good. The only thing I can't understand is why the Grand Tour Stripes are in a different order than on the Grand Tours Sweater. (Sweater: Pink, Red, Yellow; Jacket: Pink, Yellow, Red). But I feel this is to be considered as a first-world problem. 😄
2x een bestelling gedaan. Levering gaat zelfde dag de deur uit. Wat wel knap is voor zo'n klein bedrijf. Eerste keer was verkeerde artikel geleverd, maar netjes opgelost door klantenservice. 2e keer ging er iets mis bij plaatsen van order op de website. Ook daar klantenservice snelle reactie, met mooie oplossing.
Realiseer je dat ze niet de omvang van Zalando hebben, maar kleding is van super kwaliteit met mooie pasvorm. Je kunt met een gerust hard een bestelling plaatsen

While I really like their clothes I am really discouraged by their complete lack of customer service. My order has now been in shipping for 18 days! Thats between them, presumably in the Netherlands and Ireland. Emails have gone unanswered, tweets ignored and I still get marketing emails about free shipping etc.
I highly doubt that lamachine will even reply to this review.
Well, received my order. However received a t-shirt instead of a shirt. Tried to contact customer service on the mail stated on the website, and it failed to be delivered - twice. Tried to call the phone number listed on the website in their opening hours - twice , but nobody answered.
Hele mooie en unieke shirts van goede kwaliteit, snel bezorgd en leuke aanbiedingen. Ook posters en wielerkleding zijn van top kwaliteit. Een absolute aanrader voor iedere fietsliefhebber!
