I placed an order in March. Then corona struck. Understandable that it would take longer than normal. Received a couple of automated emails to state they were having issues. Again understandable. This dragged on until July. I then tried to contact them multiple times and no one ever responded. They even had the audacity to send an email asking for more money on top of the original order price. They also threatened not to contact PayPal or they’d cancel the order. It would seem that in the past they were once a trusted company, but I’d avoid at all costs now.

they shipping is so bad they said it would be here on June 1 but it has been since February 16 that I ordered it and it is now June 24 and they messaged me saying we need an extra ten dollars to ship it to you. it hasn't even been shipped yet after 4 months what kind of service is this what trash website they suck worse than aliexpress. never buy from here again!

In french. Très bon experience, jamais déçu j'ai reçu mes lampes toujours bien emballées. Elles fonctionnent très bien et sont très bien finies.

Product looks nice. Pretty much as described.

Sadly, the pins used to pin the led to the rest of the lamp don't work too well. Sometimes, I leave the lamp alone for days and the next time I try it the led is just moving around inside the contained.

I would give the lamp 5 stars but the above is very annoying.

Plus, on top of that I've been recieving annoying email from the company asking to write a review or purchase more lamps.

I ordered and received the Naruto lamp, yes it took a while to get it but it's definitely worth the wait. An awesome piece for any fan. The multi colored rasengan with the crackled glass is the icing on the cake. Zero complaints.

I bought a Death Star from Star Wars 3D effect lamp, that arrived perfectly on time and perfectly packaged. I was for a birthday gift, and I must say it was a complete success. Very happy with the lamp and the purchasing process. Fully satisfied ^^

They always try their best to do their best. They offer a product that many dream about and a few attempt DIY projects of. To be able to experience a product like theirs is unprecedented and no other company anywhere else in the world does what they do.

Depending on where you live, issues with shipping such as deliveries or even handling and care of your package can go sour.. but it isn't Lamplanet's fault. They are awesome

Lamplanet is one of those companies that restores your faith in companies and humans in general. They have a dedication to their craft and bend over backwards to make sure everything is not only in order but above any expectations you may have for the quality of a product or cusomter service. I love their stuff, their prices, their style, their corporate structure and their marketing- which really is an incredible feat in this day and age!
