I recently sent in my Scarpa GTX II boots for new soles. I'd done 1800 miles of dog walking in them over 18 months plus a fair amount of wear that I don't record. LSR did a superb job - you know that feeling when you open the box and literally stand in wonder at how they manage to do what they do. This is true craftsmanship on offer here; well done team and thank you.

I was about to throw some clothing and footwear away, when my daughter suggested I should repair what I had, better for the environment, my pocket and they wont need wearing in again. So I sent over some shorts, pockets ripped or coming away, Scarpa approach shoes, sole and inner heel had seen better days, my Paramo Gilet whose pockets no longer functioned and I also needed my zip repairing for my Offshore Sailing Jacket.
Everything was done and to a very high standard. My approach shoes have a better sole than the original, shorts all repaired, gilet which I can use the pockets and the zip functioning. They are a lovely company to do business with, so helpful and with great workmanship. My walking shoes are next, I will be repairing my stuff now through LSR until I can't repair them anymore.

Using the online forms to describe and detail the repairs required, I packaged my Spidi one piece motorcycle leathers up and sent them to LSR. As promised, they contacted me the following day to inform me that they could replace the zip and reattach a small piece of velcro back on. Told me that it would take about one week. Received my leathers back within the time frame expected and I was absolutely blown away by how good the repair was. I doubt Spidi themselves could have done a better job. Attention to detail is excellent. I was apprehensive that the little fabric covers over the internal zip would be left out, but they were not. They even took the leather puller of the old zip and attached it to the new one. Perfect job. Will definitely use again. Would have cost around £700 for a replacement suit.

I brought in two Rukka Goretex motorcycle jackets with broken zips and a pair of trousers with a hole in the knee, I was unsure if they were repairable but I wanted to look into repairing them due to their original cost. The staff at LSR were very friendly and discussed the options I had for repair. One jacket just needed a zip slider and I took it away with me repaired, the other needed a new zip and the trousers a patch. I thought the cost quoted for the repair was excellent and asked them to go ahead especially as it included return postage. The kit was back with me the same week even though I said there was no hurry and I couldn't believe the quality of the repair for the price, it was to a very high standard.
Great people doing excellent work, I will definitely have more work done there in the future.

Once though it was beyond repair, but it arrived back today and I trying to work out how the repairs were done. All fixed and ready for using again - very pleased indeed and worth every penny.

Had my trusty Hanwag Tatra boots resoled by LSR and having just received them back, I cant believe how good a job LSR have done - amazing - they look more like new boots now than 6 year old ones!! Brilliant service thanks again - a delighted customer.

LSR warn you about the timeline but it is definitely worth the wait!

Sent worn out walking shoes for resole. Information on website excellent and very helpful suggestions about the repair from LSR by email before I sent the shoes. I've just received my repaired shoes and the quality of the work is excellent. They have a very long turn around time, but its worth the wait!

My super comfy Scarpa Delta GPX boots were very "down at heel" and needed new soles - it did take a while with LSR, but that was mainly because their quality control was so strict that they wouldn't release the boots to me until they were satisfied that they were good to go. I have now completed several demanding hikes in the Lake District and Peak District with the new soles and I can definitely recommend LSR - it's like having new boots!

I think this is the third time I have used the services of Lancashire Sports Repairs, and I cannot praise them highly enough. The repairs were carried out extremely quickly ( approx 1 hour). The staff were extremely pleasant. Highly recommend them.

LSR have given my walking shoes a new lease of life. Excellent service. I’ve had them back about a month now, and wear them every day on the Yorkshire Limestone. No issues, they are as good as new.

Jacket sleeves shortened. Very tidy and performance of the jacket has not been deminished.

Very pleased with the end result, which means I’ve had my walking shoes life span considerably extended at half the price of a new pair.

Sent my old goretex jacket to LSR for repair. Seam tapes had perished but otherwise jacket was serviceable. Very easy process to ship jacket to them. Came back restored and good as new, very neat job. Would absolutely recommend LSR for any outdoor gear repairs.

I had a brand new Harkila shooting coat, used once and hung to dry too close to my young Labs bed. He managed to pull it down and then shred most of the rear Goretex lining. The 1st company recommended by Goretex could not repair it however LSP agreed to try and have done a superb job. The coat is as good as new apart from a few teeth marks around the bottom hem to remind me where not to hang it in future! I could not praise LSP any higher for the quality of repair returning an expensive coat back to use.

My much loved Mountain Equipment jacket arrived back today with new internal seam tape throughout. Thank you so much for doing this to such a very high standard. I tried some repairs myself and know how tricky it is, so I am very aware of the time and effort you have put in to make this happen. Exceptional workmanship and great price, delivered back when promised. I can’t imagine ever needing to buy new again when repairs are as good as this. Thanks again.

My well-used Salewa approach shoes were suffering: the soles were badly worn. I was reluctant to throw them away and get a new pair, so was delighted when LSR were recommended to me by Salewa as an option for repair. I have just received my shoes back and they are like new. Absolutely fantastic.

A really first class vibram soul replacement on well loved 20 year old winter walking walking boots - they are possibly now even slightly better than when the boots were brand new...

So good to have my walking boots resoled and returned in such good condition. Thank you.
