Though it didn't quite fit my need to pair with another ring, the communication was excellent, making the return process straightforward and prompt. I had previously bought something which I sent back (only because it just wasn't right for me) and this was no issue whatsoever. I got a full refund.
I have also been a bit of a pain asking for sooooooo much information on a couple of chains, which I didn't purchase in the end. Nothing was too much trouble. So helpful, understanding and, informative. Never under pressure to buy at any point.
This is a great place and I highly recommend. I will definitely use again.
