We first met Joanne and Michelle in early 2023 when we decided to walk in with no pre-appointment. They hosted us in any case and spent time giving us access to showroom and explaining the plots and home specifications. Our latest experience (11 June 2023) was when we went down to discuss/reserve our desired plot with Joanne Gigg. Similar to our previous 2 visits to the development, Jo was warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Our discussions were easy-going and you don't feel any 'airs'. We have been to see many developments in the last 4 years and we never came across sales representatives as pleasant as the team here at Bucklers Ride. A mention also to Abby Malton, whom we spoke on the phone twice but never met in person. She was also very patient throughout and helpful during the reservation process (18 June 2023). 5 Stars Service.

Lovely houses and very good sales process but that’s where it stops. 5 months in and I’m still trying to get some of the original snagging items fixed and customer care for new faults appears to be non existent, we’re supposed to be contacted with 4days of reporting a fault, 3weeks and several phone calls later still nothing! Majority of items are damage which could have been avoided if they’d taken a little more care when building the property or checked it thoroughly before completion.

Jenny at Legal and General’s Finchwood Park development is very welcoming and helpful.
I had visited the sales office to see what they had coming up on phase 2 as this is where my son and son in law are living and I am downsizing. While in the sales office I was offered the opportunity to buy the show house on phase 1.
Jenny was very helpful and accommodating and so far it has been a very positive experience.

In the process of buying a house with L&G. Asked about the mould issues in the modular builds numerous times, but no reply.

Buying our new home consisted in filling out a lot of forms, the team led us through the procedure very carefully and considerately. Abbie was our go to person and was so professional as were the rest of the team and always with a welcoming smile.

Really great to sell you the house .. very good communication and support but terrible following up and non existent support with snagging list been waiting months for things to be fixed … terrible after care and customer service

Not very helpful, havnt heard from them since we viewed the show home. Other builders have called us and offered us deals and answered our questions etc. These guys are not very knowledgeable when we’ve asked questions. We have a cash deposit and no chain so thought they would be more keen to sell to us. Have decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Complete lack of customer service after they’ve taken your money! A number of emails sent to supposedly senior members of the site team and customer care which are repeatedly ignored. Every encounter I have had post sale has involved having to chase a response. Extremely frustrating and quite frankly dreadful customer service!

We had our information meeting yesterday. As first time buyers we are unsure of loads of things but the service we had so far had been outstanding esp. Katie she has made us feel so relaxed and took time to explain everything. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We have now happy to be buying a new house, the service we got from Katie was fantastic
