Last Feb, a driver reversed into my car crushing the bonnet, were seen by a pedestrian but drove off anyway. The pedestrian took a picture of the coach and put it in a local group so I knew what happened. When I called the company to let them know, the woman on the phone was being told by a man that I was a liar and I have no proof. While I reported it to my insurance, I was afraid that my car would be written off with no payout, and as they were aggressive over the phone I had no choice but to drop it and pay for the repairs myself. Shoddy company with no basic decency. Hope your drivers have taken another training course and you taught them not to hit and run.

edit: I'd like to address the reply the company left denying this. A witness sent a video of the coach (minibus, whatever you want to call it) along with its reg plate driving off after reversing into my car, and she saw it happen with her own eyes. That same coach with the same reg plate is on your facebook page.

Unfortunately, without cctv of the incident, I cannot rely on the police to launch a massibe investigation along with a warrant for this, and had to pay out of pocket. The initial phone call to you from me was absoloutely appalling. The woman on the phone was calling me a liar from the get go as soon as I rang up to let you know what happened, and someone in the back ground was telling the lady 'tell her there is no evidence, tell her it wasn't us' about 20 minutes after it had happened. Careless driving and just horrible people all around. I wonder what the experience was like for the passengers on the bus at the time, or anyone who has to call your office to talk to your staff.

We booked L & L for an airport run, communication via txt or WhatsApp was great to keep us updated and informed at all times. The driver was polite, opened the door for our group and was on time on each collection. I would highly recommend them and we certainly will re book again. Thankyou again for great service.

Hired a coach for a trip to Wycombe was asked to pay a deposit , I asked if it was ok to pay later had I was in a crowed area and didn’t want to speak my details out whilst people were around.(told I could).
Phoned two hours later to pay a lady said he was not in to take payment and he would phone back,He did not phone back .
I contacted the company again this was another person I spoke to and he wouldn’t take the payment and said a lady would phone tomorrow morning this didn’t happen so I called in the afternoon and spoke to the First Lady I had spoken to she said she would check because didn’t know the details even though I had given her the details . She said she had been in Amsterdam with a trip from the company from Wednesday. She did phone back to say the had not got a coach for me the reason being I had NOT paid a deposit and re booked the coach out .
When checking their site the Amsterdam trip was Thurs to Saturday , So she was the lady I spoke to on Wednesday afternoon.
When I said it was awful to treat elderly and disabled people in this way she just put the phone down.

Spotless vehicles. Friendly drivers. Always on time. Good comms. All the boxes ticked. Don’t hesitate if you need excellent service.

We used this company last year on the 7th of July to take us to Manchester airport , we found them to be very professional…..no problems at all, we will definitely use them again this year.

As a family we have used L&L Travel on 2 occasions for airport transfers, I would highly recommend them. They are reliable, always arrive punctually and keep in contact when picking up at the airport. It’s never a concern if the flight is early or delayed as they are just there when you need them. The vehicles they use are spotless and have plenty of room for us to sit comfortably plus space for our luggage. They are totally professional at all times and in our experience well priced. Will use them again this year.
