I ordered a coat from this company, because I was impressed with the photo it showed! As it was going to make me look like a royal! Ho,ho ! Also the photo of owners standing outside their Cambridge shop celebrating 16th anniversary!
My husband was also impressed and said he would buy it for me!
After many delaying emails, I thought give them the benefit of the doubt!
I then visited your site, which i forgot to do in the first place! Read reviews, not one good one !
After 2weeks it arrived, opened package, my husband and I fell about laughing, if i hadn't i could have cried.
Bearing in mind I am a dressmaker, it was bad not as shown in photo.
I am not going to send it back obviously because of sending back to China.
I am going to rework it ,but not everyone can do that so I am letting 😌 people know!
I won't make the same mistake again!!!

Avoid avoid avoid, the website looks too good but the products they have you can all find in Temu . Cheap quality and poor service . No refund as well. Very disappointing as I tried to order for bday present arrived very late and clothes have no labels and poor quality. The picture is too far from the photo they have on the website

Really concerned. Have not heard back from this company regarding returning a coat which is not the quality advertised.

My experience is the same as everyone else here. I did look here for a review but at that time there was only one. On the basis of that review I tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched and they refused, I have the tracking, it hadn’t been dispatched. I will contact my bank, with fingers crossed, as I am under no illusion that like everyone else, I’m about to be offered a percentage back. AVOID like the plague! The quality is beyond poor and the item looks nothing like the website image.

SCAM CHINESE WEBSITE NOT ENGLISH.
Totally fooled by them. Received eventually my item and it was horrendous. Contacted them and like everyone 10% refund or £30-£40 to return and no guarantee I would still get my money back.
DID A CHARGEBACK THROUGH MY BANK AND WAS SUCCESSFUL.

If it could be minus one it would be . Lovely website all English countryside vibes . What a load of rubbish . I have received a coat that has no labels at all is supposed to be a small . It is suitable for a size 16 and is not at all the coat on the website . I emailed to return to be told it’s £30 to £40 plus customs costs . If it’s not perfect when they get it I will get nothing and apparently lots go missing ?? . Or I can keep it for 10% refund . Website says 30 day money back guarantee . What a joke !!! . How do they get away with this . Total scam ! Avoid at all costs !

I knew it was too good to be true i did look on Trust pilot before i purchased but i could not find anything but something told me to look again. I ordered the coat 3 weeks ago and because they posed as a English company i thought why am i waiting 3 weeks and they also did not accept paypal i should have see the red flag so many scammers out here always do your research i have contacted them to let them know i dont belive this shop is in Cambridgeshire

I wanted to give a update with this company any after several emails back & forth then involving my bank due to this company being a scam website and nothing to do with the uk . i have received a refund today confirmed by my bank also i noticed a review concerning a return and trying to contact they do not have a contact number if everything you try fails involve your bank thanks

I foolishly did not check reviews before buying a jumper. `I though it was an english site with a British couple posing as owners in a shop in Cambridge uk. However, it must be a scam as the jumper is 100% polyester and you cannot return it despite it saying that you can easily. Bsaically you cannot return the item and they offer you 20% off another item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DID CHARGE BACK SUCCESS!!! Another scam leading you to believe its British quality tailoring from a cambridge boutique and an English company. It isn't send you plastic boots that are supposed to be suede. Scratchy cheap polyester tops that are see-through. Curled up seams that dont unfurl on a jumper that's more fitting of a child's size. Then want to charge 40 pounds to send it back. Yet web site says hassle free returns. Wouldn't give me shop address in Cambridge so I could take returns there. Probably doesnt exist and fake picture. Takes ages to arrive and probably Chinese tat. Avoid like the plague

Just to reiterate what everyone else has said - avoid this company at all costs.The quality of the products are poor and the colours/descriptions dont match.They DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS so please do not buy from this site ,its a scam!!!!!!!

This company is a scam the clothes you see on line are nothing like what you get. I bought a suit in the sale reduced from over £200 to £70 the picture looked of a good quality fabric but it was a cheap nylon fabric with the plaid pattern printed on the it ,the fabric is the quality of something you would expect from a novelty fancy dress retailer.
When I emailed to return I got the answer it will cost £40 to return and they suggested it might get lost so they offered 10% refund for me to keep it and 20% off my next purchase as if I would buy anything else . anyway after a lot of back and fourth emails I settled for £50 refund and they have paid me
I did offer to model myself wearing the suit on as many sites as I could ,showing the true quality of there product not sure if that helped getting a larger refund .
The only good thing about the company was that they do return you emails and quite quickly

Think Langford and Blake might be a scam site, trying to misled people into believing it is a UK business. When i tried to access their page I got that error message with 404 site not available. Be very careful !

Avoid at all costs, complete scam and false advertising in making you believe it is a British company. This is a front with substandard products made in China.
Received email to say delivery attempt failed….no such attempt made and will not reply to email sent to further communicate with them as concerned of computer been hacked!

Totally agree with all the other comments I cannot believe I didn’t check the reviews !! Note to self if it’s too good to be true it usually is !! The checked tailored suit was dreadful in every way bagging at the back of the arms and nothing like the one worn by the model .. even the colour was completely different and the quality of the material was so so cheap and nasty .. they have told me that my £62 suit will cost between £40-£60 to return to China and I have to pay that as they deduct that from the refund .. they offered me 20% of my product and to keep the garment …why would I want to do that !!!!! I asked why if they state they are a British run company I can’t just pay for this postage in the uk but no answer !! .so does this company actually exist and is the couple that they advertised as British owners priding themselves on their business real ???if so ..please do feel free to contact me .. the other thing you need to be aware of is that I ordered 2 suits the first arrived then I had to constantly chase the second .. I wonder if I hadn’t chased that they would have kept my money and not sent the goods …So in a summary it’s a no from me !!

Avoid at all costs! Wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered. Made in China, takes ages to come from China, complete fake advert, rubbish quality.
Got to admire their British looking website though, the only thing they got right to con everybody with. That’s the only classy thing about them.

I ordered the Miranda Plaid Coat,on Sunday 4th January,and paid the £59.95 sale price for it,size 20 3XL, it says my order was confirmed everything had went through, and they gave me a code for the confirmation and order, the £59.95came out of my Account on the 4th January 2026, when I tried to track my order yesterday Sunday 11th January 2026,it said no order had been placed, I E-Mailed them yesterday Sunday 11th January 2026,it said they would get. Back to me ASAP, I have phoned them Three times today, and it is just saying leave a message someone would get back to me, still Nothing, I think this is an Appalling way, to treat any Customer, they are saying good service and keep in touch if this is what they call good service, I would not like go see what heh call Bad Service, I want Someone to get in Touch with me ASAP about my order. Which I have paid for the Money came out my Account,4th January 202-, if I do not get any Satisfaction from them, I will be taking this matter up, with the OMBUSMAN!!!!!!!!!!I do not think I will be using them

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a Nordic sweater expecting it to be wool. And for £45 it should have been!! Instead came a polyester one that looked nothing like the picture. And no proper label inside ! Total Scam. Do not buy from this company. Advert looks like it should be quality but it's anything but!!!
Now to see if I can get money back!!!

Avoid at all cost. False advertising as British based. Poor quality cheap goods. Ask to return...quoted £40 for return, which obviously isn't to Cambridge as advertised as I live an hour from Cambridge. Plus no return form as suggested. Still awaiting that.
