Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. All agents very knowledgeable and transparent, also know the market and the local area very well and managed expectations perfectly. A member of staff were always contactable at all times and knew the status of backwards/forwards chain. Very personable experience, wound highly recommend.

This is the second property completion I have experienced with Langford Rae. Even though they were on the sale side of the property process they were fantastic and extremely helpful. They were quick to respond and to always find a solution. When we look to sell we will definitely use them as our agents and recommend them.

Excellent Service - Great Team

At Langford Rae we are committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all our client relationships. We always welcome constructive feedback and strive to address concerns promptly and fairly. After careful consideration, we made the decision to end our business relationship due to ongoing communication challenges and the constant disrespectful language used towards our staff, which we felt was not reflective of our service or values. This decision was made in the best interests of all parties involved.

We purchased our property a year ago (today!) through Langford Rae. Jill was our agent and helped us throughout. She was very suppportive and helpful and responded to our emails and enquiries promptly. The whole team at Langford Rae were also very helpful. We appreciated the lovely gift box on the day of completion and the very thoughtful anniversary card received today.

Highly recommended
We choose Langford Rae to sell our property as they were the Agent that had originally sold it to us 20 years ago and we believe have the best knowledge of the property market in the Chelsfield area. From valuation through to completion they have been extremely helpful and proactive throughout.
It was a long and at times stressful 10 months. We were updated weekly on our sales progress and they went above and beyond to help when the chain collapsed. Big shout out to Nicky, Jill and Barbara and the rest of the Chelsfield Office.

Easy, competent and good communication
I have used Langford Rae to manage a rental property for a few years now and always found them to be efficient and well organised. I recently sold the flat through them too and the whole process was really simple, they kept in touch with regular updates as the sale was progressing and helped recommend a very good solicitor which was very helpful.
