Langford Rae Property Agents Opiniones

When my Mother requested my sister and I to sell her home, Langford Rae was the obvious choice for the family, as she had worked for the company for a number of years.

The entire team have worked tirelessly to assist us to get to completion of the property, keeping us fully informed of progress along the way at all times.
In particular Jill Bennett and Neil Durrant who couldn’t do enough for us.

If you need a good local agent Langford Rae would always be our first choice.

The team at Langford Rae were amazing from start finish. A big thank you for all of help.

Would definitely use or recommend again, great company, always kept in touch, and quick to respond. We used Langford Rae Property Agents to sell our late parents house.

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from Langford Rae throughout the rental management period of my property for almost 10 years and selling in afterwards. They demonstrated immense patience & understanding of my situation. They ensured every detail was taken care of and updated me what was happening every step of the process. Langford Rae have been a pleasure to work with great communication, friendly & professional from start to finish.

able to purchase our dream home quickly and smoothly.
Niki & Jill worked closely with our estate agent and solicitor to make sure all questions and paperwork were handled promptly and correctly so to make the sale go through in a very professional manner especially at this very difficult and challenging time.
Thank you so much for all your help 🙏🏽

Well I have to say Langford Rae became a extension to my family

Recommend them without a doubt ♥️

Very pleased with Langford Rae, they kept us updated along the process and were keen to help keep things moving. They were able to do all the viewings which was a great help. There was always someone available to talk or by email which again was a great help to the process.

Amazing service from Langford Rae

Great Estate Agents, very proactive and Neil is so friendly. Can't recommend enough

The team at Langford Rae were fantastic from start to finish. They always made second and third viewings around the times we wanted so that we could work around our busy lives. For us, they are the best in the Orpington area!

Attention to detail and the whole team followed the sale through, throughout this process. Really impressed!

I would highly recommend Langford Rae. The team provided a highly professional service tailored to my specific needs and timescales. Delivered in a personal way with attention to detail. Communication was timely and relevant to circumstances. Thank you for your help and service.

Many thanks to all the team at the Chelsfield Branch of Langford Rae. Our property transactions have been a long and drawn out affair however, we were regularly kept informed of the progress, or lack of. I would highly recommend Langford Rae and wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again. Thank you, Martin Rowling.

We switched to Langford Rae from a previous letting agent and we are so glad that we did! We have been extremely impressed with their service, in particular Sarah who we have been dealing with. She is an excellent Property Manager, very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. We would like to thank Sarah personally for all of her hard work, you have made it effortless for us! Thank you!

The entire team at Langford Rae is extremely professional, conscientious, friendly and helpful and it's a shame so many other agents we've dealt with fall so far short in comparison.

Sarah in particular is a star and a real credit to the Langford Rae team.

Thank you to all of you and we hope we get the chance to deal with you again in the future.

Professional & Friendly Service

Sarah at Langford Rae helped my parents with the letting of their flat, she was friendly and professional throughout the whole process and communicated with us from start to finish. Having had a bad experience with another agent previously, they were slightly nervous - but Sarah was a pleasure to deal with and put our minds at ease, ensuring that we were completely happy. We could not recommend highly enough

Langford Rae were an amazing and efficient estate agent company to use. They were very professional, friendly and organised throughout the process. All the staff put our minds at rest and were always very informative and helpful. Despite my emotions at the end of the moving process they helped to make this as smooth as possible and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you guys for providing a 5 star service⭐️

In the process of buying my house, my wife and I interacted with Langford Rae, Chelsfield, who were the property agent, the vendor chose. My experience has been wonderful throughout the process. Barbara arranged viewing and initial interactions, supported by Nikki in Barbara's absence, even covered by Neil when both of them were not available to conclude on decisions. I am not sure of their hierarchy but a wonderful team to deal with. Once the process was set, it was continuous interactions with Jill who was quite thorough in the communication that helped the process progress. Many times she was informative as well as a good guide which I felt, as a potential buyer. Probably she would have followed up with vendor and their solicitor as well to speed up. Further, interacted with Sarah for a potential tenant as we wanted to let out, some suggestions from Sarah also were quite helpful to understand Tenants' expectations.
Overall very pleased and highly recommend Langford Rae, Chelsfield to others in dealing with property buy/sell.

Local estate agents with very nice people who are a pleasure to deal with.
After a couple of valuations from other agents we decided to try Langford Rae and were very satisfied by the experience. There was no nonsense, no crazy high valuation, no trying talk up houses they were selling, no bravado, just an honest appraisal of our home and the market locally.
They came up with a solution for viewing which best suited us and minimised inconvenience and we were pleasantly surprised when we sold and found we had exceeded our asking price.
Had a complicated and protracted move but they were always helping and looking for solutions.
The staff went out of their way to help even coming down with vacuum cleaners and mops to help us clean up and move out on the day when our removals company let us down badly.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Langford were our Vendor’s agent, but I probably had as much to do with them as I did with our agent. They were proactive and helpful all the way through the process, with what was at times a fairly tricky chain. Had it not been managed as carefully as it was, I’m confident it wouldn’t have happened.

What I really appreciated was the candid updates and zero flannel. Every interaction was also friendly and warm, which always helps.

On completion there was a card and a small box of domestic goodies waiting for us. A really lovely touch and rounded off a fantastic experience.

Thoroughly recommended. Thanks to all involved for making it happen for us.
