The HP nc6320 laptop arrived within the time stated. I called my ISP to help me with a connection issue and they talked me through the process which was solved. I then updated the drivers by downloading IOBIT Driver Booster which took about 50 minutes and everything is working fine. I may buy a new battery at some stage if I want to take it outside but as it's several years old but that is understandable. I am very pleased with my purchase and will look to Laptop Market again in the future.

Through this family-run, small international business, I bought a refurbished HP ‘Elite’, i5, tested and cleaned, high-spec laptop computer, with ease and no stress. It arrived at my door, next day, by courier – no hassle, no stress, no delay!
LaptopMarket.ie was a joy to deal with. Communication was excellent; the item was exactly as described; customer care was top notch and the guys I dealt with were obviously professional and trustworthy, and, best of all, the cost unbelievably low. I even doubled the new (to me) computer’s existing memory and increased the HD to 1TB with the latest OS installed for much less than it would cost in a big computer store or costly computer repair shop. I am delighted with my refurbished laptop.

I am a very happy customer indeede because for a fraction of what I could expect to pay for a similarly spec-ed ‘new’ computer, I have an excellent, business/gaming, tried and tested, high-end laptop that is sturdy, quiet, has excellent screen quality, loads of ports, is little marked, and has the latest Windows OS.
I have to admit to being a ‘picky’ customer who travels a lot and uses my laptop a great deal, so I was amazed to find a company offering refurbished laptops at such a good price and with such excellent service and customer care.
I cannot believe my good fortune in finding LaptopMarket.ie online, and I think the deal that I got was A+++.
