I would leave zero stars if I could. False advertising, you don't receive the same quality items as what is advertised on their website.
It is just a print with squiggly white lines sewn all over it. Extremely disappointed.

Lara is a scam artist. Don’t buy anything from her. Never responds to emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Awful clothes. Bought a jumper which was terrible quality and wasn’t the same as the one on the website. Slow delivery and then international shipping so the ‘easy returns’ cost £20-30 so they offer a partial refund to keep the terrible clothes. The mark up must be massive. Don’t shop here.

95% polyester sweatshirt. Very poor quality from China. Great website. Great customer support but products overpriced for quality even when at sale price

Absolute scam. Terrible quality items, nothing like on website. Requested refund, which is max 35% and you don't need to send items back...to China. Must have cost 10p to make. Should have known better. DO NOT BUY FROM LARA LONDON

Dreadful quality, dreadful length of time to receive the order, they make you think you can return the items to a London “office “ but in face you have to return the items to China - will you ever actually receive the refund?

Dress shown in picture looks good quality. In reality it's cheap material, shoddily made and far too big and no way of returning. So pissed off with myself and and never buying again online , other than from sites that are UK based

One star due to being unable to leave NO STARS! Absolutely appalling quality garments! Nothing to do with ‘London’ straight from China and I cannot stress how bad they are. They also look nothing like the advertising. Please don’t waste your money with this company 🤬

Dresses came from China and the quality and fit were absolutely appalling!!!

Have tried to contact customer service and all their replies try to persuade me to keep the garments
I have asked for a refund and items have to be returned to China at considerable cost
Am so disappointed as their website made the items look really nice
I have no idea what to do now as returning them to China is problematic for me

Poor quality clothing sent direct from China. Massive sizing and I need to send back. Their returns policy states customer must pay to send to china.

Really shabby quality and found same items a lot cheaper in other boutiques. Disappointed with quality of clothes.

Rooms are adequately Good 😊
No tea/Coffee at night times before going up to bed. 😟No beach or sea at this hotel. 😕Every area is clean. Would we return ??? No.
