I’ve been coming here for my lash lifts for several years now, and they have consistently given me the best results. I’ve tried a few other places in between, but somehow I always end up coming back to Lash Rehab. 😅

The result is always beautiful, my lashes are perfectly lifted and it lasts really well. At this point, whenever I book here, I just know I’m going to walk out happy with the result. Definitely my go-to place for a lash lift! ❤️

Jeg hadde en svært skuffende opplevelse med denne salongen.

Jeg tok både lash lift og brow lamination, og resultatene var dårlige. Allerede etter 3–4 dager måtte jeg begynne å bruke brynsgelé for å prøve å forme brynene selv, fordi de ikke lenger holdt den tiltenkte formen. Brynene gikk raskt tilbake til sin naturlige form, men ble samtidig tørre og vanskelige å style. Både øyenbrynene og øyevippene sto i ulike retninger, noe som gjorde at de så ustelte og dårlig behandlet.

Dro til Brow Rehab for en second opinion, og fikk beskjed om at hårene så ut til å ha blitt overbehandlet. Jeg kontaktet Lash Rehab tidlig for å finne en løsning. Det eneste alternativet som ble tilbudt var en ny behandling, noe jeg naturligvis ikke følte meg komfortabel med etter det dårlige resultatet av den opprinnelige behandlingen.

Det var mangel på oppfølging og kundeservice i etterkant. Det har gjentatte ganger tatt flere uker å få svar, selv etter at jeg purret flere ganger. Til tross for at jeg tydelig forklarte problemene og fikk en profesjonell vurdering fra et annet sted, har det vært liten vilje til å ta ansvar eller håndtere det på en forståelig måte ovenfor en kunde.

Jeg har tatt lash lift og brow lamination ved flere andre salonger gjennom årene, og har aldri opplevd så dårlige resultater eller så skuffende kundebehandling. Basert både på kvaliteten på behandlingen og mangel på forståelse i etterkant, vil jeg sterkt anbefale, slik som en annen her skriver, legg gjerne litt ekstra kroner i bedre behandling på et mer profesjonelt sted.

Dont waste your money or lashes.
After 4 months of use, my once healthy lashes are now brittle, breaking, sparse and only half the length they were when I started! This company has not offered any apology or support. Only reason they get 1 star is because they refunded ( they have to under their money back guarantee policy. This did not include shipping which I had to pay for). I like to support small family businesses but Kea & Violette - you need to take responsibility for your crap product and insulting communication from your head of sales Michelle Johnson.
I supplied clear before & after dated photos.
No acknowledgement of the evidence Condescending reply at best.

I was pretty skeptical at first, I bought a single eyelash serum and also a double pack eyelash serum because it was on sale, funny enough when it arrived, 2 out of the 3 bottles were dry and it was like empty, I found this because I was able to compare it with the single one I bought and when I shook it there was like liquid inside, but the other 2 was dried out completely. So I emailed them and was hoping to send back the 2 without anything inside , and they replied promptly and actually sent out 2 replace the empty bottles. It was probably a dried out batch,
But I’m glad they did that for me and also appreciate how timely it was. So far I’ve been using it and notice abit of growth on my lashes so fingers crossed, I’ve had so much damage from eyelash extensions. Appreciate Lash Rehab !

I had a new set of classic with Ela. I have done lashes for 8 years now. Unfortunately the girl was quite rude and unprofessional, she is expecting the client to tell her the exact length in cm “so there is no discussion after” she said. The worse is the new set is supposed to last 1.30 hour and she spent 48 min. It was completely empty. After 6 days, I almost have no lashes. I have to say I tried it one year ago or so with one called Veronika ( it seems that she left now ) and this was perfect.

Very upset ordered over a month ago haven’t received order and emailed 5 times with no response. Will never buy of them again

Don’t waste your money, please. I purchased this years ago when it used to be in a silver bottle and a different consistency and it was honestly so great and the bottle lasted over 2 months of daily use that I purchased again a couple years later when I stumbled across an ad again, which by then was in the pink bottle packaging it’s in now and also now a very thin watery texture with barely enough product to last a week of daily use! It dried out within a few days so after having such a good experience a few years ago I figured I must’ve had a bad batch that got hot in transit and evaporated or something, the customer service is literally atrocious though when I simply enquired what could have happened I was told that I did it and to purchase another bottle, so bluntly and unprofessional in their email. Sadly, due to really hoping for the same lash experience I had years ago I purchased another bottle full price to much disappointment again, the bottles are honestly so empty, watery and no longer work or at least run out before you can even find out. They must have changed company owners I think so the good reviews must be of the old serum they used. I have just purchased Xali lash and the ordinary lash serum a few months ago, I can’t say the ordinary works great but is a nice product but I am much happier now with xali, their customer service has also been amazing so far and you get sign up discount as well as freebies! I got a rose water spray, 2 serums and makeup bag for same price as lash rehab!

Elendig kundeservice, møter ikke opp til avtalte timer (spesielt tidlig). Har kommet til å låse dører flere en gang.
Kvaliteten på jobben de gjør er veldig varierende. Forrige uke skulle vi hatt et helt nytt sett, og resultatet var jo nesten ingen vipper! Dagen etterpå var det meste borte. Dette klaget jeg på skulle få en ny time. Det ble en del e-poster frem og tilbake, og da jeg bekreftet timen jeg ønsket, hørte jeg aldri noe tilbake.

Billig men elendig! Anbefaler kunder å finne seg andre steder, som F.eks. Wowbrow i Bjørvika.

Ville absolutt IKKE anbefalt. Har fått melding om avbestilt time bokstaveligtalt en time før oppmøte ved flere anledninger. Når du er der snakker de om deg mellom hverandre i sitt språk. Jeg ville absolutt lagt noen ekstra kroner og gått for noen som er mer profesjonelle.

I had a booking confirmation and noone showed up to my appointment, without notice. It was difficult to get in touch with the salon to get an explanation. When they realized no one would show up to the appointment they just said it was sorry and could not fix it.

Great price, service-friendly and satisfied with the result! I come back here every time.

Impressed! I got my lashes and brows dyed. The stylist was friendly and efficient, and I'm very happy with the end result. I've gone to more expensive places before, but my experience here was much more pleasant and the results are better.
