Bought through the range garden sofa set.
First order damaged returned, waited in an day no word, and waited on a refund for another week. Second one wrong item and they are not wanting to resolve it.

I bought a set of altino 8 drawers. It didn’t come with the instructions or hardware for it. I tried ringing them to see if there could be a replacement for them but since I bought it elsewhere they said no. There no manual online or anything. But if it was ikea they would be online and I could order the parts I need. I wouldn’t recommend them.

They were the supplier for a rattan sofa set that I purchased through another company. The sofa set arrived in a dreadful condition. The seat was bent and it had a tear at one end. The design of the rattan at the back of the sofa was not even straight, and some of the fixtures were broken. I explained I only had last week to collect it before I had to go away, but they ignored the dates I gave them and eventually ran out of time. I was therefore asked to dispose of it myself (and I don't own a car!). I was appauled that they would sent something so damaged and badly made in the first place, and highly recommend you avoid them as they are clearly not trustworthy.

Excellent company. Brilliant customer service! Realised the cabinet was going to be too small, I was able to ring and speak to an actual person (Matthew) who was extremely helpful and arranged a refund.

Awful company. They sent me the wrong box for my wardrobe then refused to come collect it now I am left having to pay extra money to get rid of it myself.

Ordered furniture from this brand from House of Fraser. Worst quality I have ever seen. Just go to Ikea instead.

I ordered a bed from Robert Dyas that eas dispatched from Lassic. It arrived incomplete and damaged.
Robert Dyas Customer service was appalling as was trying to deal with this company. It took hours on the phone and countless emails to finally get a refund.
Shocking service and products. I do not recommend and honestly 1 star is too many.

Shocking service. I received my sons bedroom furniture damaged, so I contacted them 28th October, it's now 30th December and still not resolved. Absolutely terrible customer service. I just wanted the damaged part replaced. I now want a full refund. It takes over a week to reply to my e mail saying we're looking into it, then nothing. Would definitely avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company. Sells cheap tatty furniture which smells of chemicals. Apparently The Range,Wayfair and online catalogues buy their rubbish and sell it for dear prices. Customer service is the worst ever. Can't get them to send a courier to collect their piece of tat.

Purchased 2 sets of bedroom furniture. 2x 3 door wardrobes 2 x chest of draws 2 x bedside cabinets.
The wardrobe doors are so flimsy that 3 doors out of the 6 had broken and I was sent replacements but don't look like they will last long . Draw fronts delivered with filler in them from previous damage . Sent replacements with drill holes in wrong place and others filled in with filler . If I could post photos you would be shocked ! Hopefully 3rd replacements are in brand new condition and not filled with filler . Buyers beware!

Good quality bedroom furniture easy to assemble.
One of the dressers came with a duplicate part.
Contacted Marshae at customer services and the replacement part was delivered within three days.
Highly recommend this company.
Definitely use again.
