Lee Ann is incredibly professional and compassionate. She walked our family gently through the process of euthanising our beloved labrador at home, and made sure her last moments were gentle, dignified and respectful. She provides care to families every bit as much as she does for pets. If I'm ever in the same situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Last Goodbye.

Saying our last goodbye to Ekko was one of the hardest decisions in our life.

LeeAnn really did make it a meaningful experience, she took time to explain all the steps and allowed us time and space to say our goodbyes in an extremely caring and empathetic way. We are incredibly grateful to LeeAnn for her kindness, compassion, and professionalism during such a difficult time. Unfortunately our beautiful cat Scruffy had become very unwell and was suffering. LeeAnn advised us and was able to offer her services to put him to sleep at home. On the day, everything from the simple registration process to the visit itself was handled smoothly and respectfully. She was calm, gentle, and reassuring, explaining every step of the process so we knew what to expect, which made a huge difference.

LeeAnn also gave us really helpful guidance around aftercare for our beautiful cat. Being able to say goodbye at home, in a familiar and peaceful environment with our other pets, felt so much better than having to go to the vets. Although it was heartbreaking, the whole experience was handled with such care and dignity, and we cannot thank her enough for everything but especially her gentleness and kindness. We would wholeheartedly recommend LeeAnn’s service to anyone needing help at such a difficult time.
