Launch27 system is not good system functionality , it took 6 months to manual setup still could live. it layout and template, is awful. support team, it slow

I thought this app was going to help my problems. But the customer support is bad, and there app is bad is bad too. I tried to reach them for help with the app, and they send me to a place to see the Demo , and that demo is way to old and It does not looks like the one they are using now.

It is not good, it will bring problems down the line. No PDF's for invoices, tags are duplicated, no filter by type of service, no intermediate step between assigning and confirming. Terrible user experience from the Admin side and the customer side, plus cleaners are always confused on how to seek for information. New update for phone numbers' format mark pre existent contacts as non valid. Documentation is old, and improvements seem pointless only to be rolled back. People at customer service are always ready to answer, but unfortunately software does not improve.

Had horrible experience with this company. Their servers went down and lost some booking data completely. They dont have no customer support team. Just AI handling all the support and not great at all. Finally someone reached out and said they cant do anything with lost data. When i asked for compensation or discount on bill, did not hear anything back from them.

I paid for a year in advance (with no discount given to me for giving them my money up front). I've been let down by the software and have finally decided to move to Booking Koala instead. I am enjoying Booking Koala, it has more features and is cheaper than the L27 plan I was on. Long story short, I exited 2 months before the end of the year and they refuse to refund the unused months (even if no discount was given for paying a year in advance). I've never experienced this level of inflexibility with any software company. I think it's rude and poor customer service. It's the final nail in the coffin for me.
Given the price, there are better softwares out there like Booking Koala. It has more features and more customisability, for a lower price. And the features promised actually work. Many L27 features never worked like auto-scheduling, not having a waiting list, geolocation, buggy mobile app. etc.

I am writing here as, sitting in our office for more than 1h30 with 3 colleagues, we have nothing to do but stare at a blank screen.

Launch27 has been offline since 730 PM yesterday. Before that, 4 other times L27 was offline at the start of the working day for at least 30 minutes, with some kind of maintenance.

Friday the 18th of September, we had almost 4 hours of downtime in the middle of the afternoon.

This adds up to the fact that we cannot do our accounting anymore because of the recent .csv export changes, and that our booking form (when it will be up, lol) will have some uneditable text in english (we operate in a french speaking country).
We are really desperate and losing time and energy with support making us feel like all this effort is worth much more than the monthly price of the tool.

To many updates and changes on a day to day bases.

Overall generally happy. However I do not appreciate the rolled out updates every few months and changes. I agree updates and new features are great, but I feel some of the upgrades and changes in functionality is not ideal and I am instead having to spend time trying to work out where a certain button or function is. (i.e. the availability icon has always been on the main side bar, but in the recent upgrade was moved to the settings page). I finds that when things are working you guys go and change it without warning or feedback from us. Other than this frustration everything is quite good.

I have a cleaning business since 2015 and Launch27 has really changed my business for the better! It provides my customers with an easy to use booking system that allows me to book and charge customers. It’s very user friendly and the staff answers my questions super quick. I also love it to organize my week and show my availability! I am really super grateful for Launch27!!!

This has been an amazing tool to help me run my cleaning business. I have a professional website, the customer contact is automated and I get business from people that I never even speak to. Love it.

This is an excellent service and one that has completely changed my business for the better. It is smooth and efficient and allows me to focus on other things to build my cleaning company. My clients are impress and really enjoy it as well. My cleaners love it.

I am SO grateful to have found Launch 27. Their automated booking tool and support system is EXACTLY what I envisioned. No exaggeration. Their support team is constantly enhancing and communicating these enhancements to clients. The apps for business admin and it's employees has been most helpful to me. At the moment, I could not imagine using another platform for my cleaning / organizing business. In fact, there are are other businesses I am developing for which I WISH I could use L27 because they understand what it means to be a fully automated business. True story.

This is by far the best and the most beautiful booking platform I've ever seen and I've done A LOT of research around.

Launch 27 is great, I just can't stand that there are often changes. I prefer to learn a website and that's it. There are really very few updates needed. We have enough to worry about with clients needs, scheduling, etc to have to worry about relearning something that was perfectly fine as it was before. That is my ONLY complaint.

Has an incredible amount of potential, but development is super slow and most of the highest requested features are no where to be found.

The team is great and the mission is solid, I just want a platform that has the list of features that matches the price point.

Launch27 is the best investment to improve my business. Good looking tool, very easy to use and the most important my costumers love it. Super professional customer service. Highly recommended

This software is in need of a project manager that understands and gets tasks done that are relevant. The voting system for critical features is just plain dumb. If you have a major bug you need to fix it. Items that cause you clients to bypass the software shouldn’t take months of us nagging you to fix.

The list of the user requirements has in the top for a long time waiting to ve develope, and launch27 delivered some changes that anybody care.

Make Discount code valid only for new vs existing customers
Discount code is valid only for bookings on specific dates
Block/Blacklist bad customers so they can't book
Conditional Logic - More option based on previous selections
Make ratings shareable on FB, Twitter etc.
