Needs work but... platform works but needs improvement of functionality and features. The release schedule of features to help with commercial accounts and other feature requests on the feature request page is a bit slow to implement. For instance, to book a commercial customer for 6 day a week recurring service I have to create 6 individual recurring jobs. I should be able to just block out a chunk of the week and tell the system to make it all re-occuring. It also needs an option to not bill customers daily. I do not bill my commercial accounts daily, there should be a custom invoice amount with a single/multiple date field to say when they are invoiced and for how much. Again though, the software does a good job at hooking in with other platforms such as google calendar, stripe, and others.

- Software is straight forward to use requiring little learning curve.
- Company continues to improve the product by getting customer feedback.
- Product is a little pricier than other products - if you are established even. They do have some lower priced packages that are still slightly out of reach of smaller business but with a little stretch can afford.
- Customer service is very responsive. Never an issue.

I have been with L27 for about 3 years now and the software is great. Not only do I get great use of the product, but I also have found their tech support for the software has been invaluable. Having someone available to help me with any troubleshooting issues has been awesome. Thanks!

Excellent software, excellent customer service

No live support. Only a chat box. We have serious issues with our scheduling. We are a team of 8 and service about 80-100 houses a week. Our first concern is the customer's reschedule to a time slot that is already taken and the software does not recognize the available or unavailable time slots. second concern, when a client tries to reschedule and their regular service is 4 hours but the system only allows them to schedule for 2 hours and does not recognize that the client is a regular and on a scheduled cycle for 4 hours for each service.

I’ve been using the software going on two years and I love it. It streamlines a lot of things that would otherwise fall through the crack.

I cannot rave about this company enough. Super modern style of running their operations...which means they survey clients and make improvements based directly on user input. I'm always looking forward to new roll outs because that means improvements are underway. The calendar and scheduling functions are the most intuitive compared to other software, I've used 4 others previously. Plus, the app functions that I use with my contract workers make our communication seamless! I have the ability to offer unassigned jobs to any workers available with one click of the button. Truly a business changing piece of software. LOVE Launch27.

Overall great job. More improvements wanted but I know they will come with time. You guys do a good job of constantly improving.

Feature rich, designed elegantly, responsive support, with a team that is always improving the software. Launch27 makes my life easier and saves me time. There is little more valuable than that for an entrepreneur.

I'm your typical "problem child" customer that has way too many questions and in the beginning I was pretty upset that I couldn't find instructions to integrate L27 with my Themestreet theme. I know, there's a PDF file, but that really wasn't clicking with me.

I started a chat with Brittany and soon I even had Anthony on the phone walking me through the steps and Brittany was using my WordPress creds to modify the backend on my behalf. And she even shot a video of it to show me exactly what she did, so I could learn.

I really appreciate the time they spent with me and I learned a lot.
