Quick delivery and good quality of product

Arrived much quicker then the estimated delivery date and was very easy to put together , the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, price was very reasonable with the quality of the product, I’m very pleased with it

I ordered 2 bedside lockers as they…

I ordered 2 bedside lockers as they were exactly what I was looking for. They arrived in about a week, items arrived perfectly exactly as advertised. Lockers were quite easy to put together and instructions were very clear. Overall can’t fault the service! Would recommend 😊

Excellent customer service

I had a small bit of damage on an item but Shivonne dealt with it all so promptly & politely. There was no issue and a replacement is on its way. Very satisfied with the customer service experience.

System very easy to use.
Staff very professional and responsive.
Rebecca followed up with a telephone call an link to allow me to purchase the items.
She was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with

Terrible quality sofa bed

Terrible quality sofa bed, creaks and crunches when sat or lain on. Customer service said that this is normal. It's not usable. AVOID

I tried calling you earlier but wasn’t able to reach you. I followed up with an email to you.

We’ve reviewed your feedback regarding the bed frame and discussed it with our management and product specialists.

As your order was placed in 2024 and no prior issues were reported, and no physical fault has been identified, the matter appears to be related to perception rather than a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer spare parts or a resolution at this stage, as the issue was not reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

We understand this may be disappointing and truly appreciate your feedback. I have sent you a copy of our terms and conditions via email.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We do apologise for the experience you have had with us.
