Shipped me a box with two samples and no order inside!

I never expected an established and well known brand to be fraudulent but when I received my order in a big box containing two free samples without my actual order in it I was shocked. Contacted customer service right away, via live chat, the rep was nice and created a replacement shipment. Told me it would take 1-2 business to process and up to 10 business days to receive the replacement. 5 business days later there was no movement. I contacted them again and the rep said it hasn’t been shipped and told me to wait another 10 days to contact them for a refund. It is starting to feel like a fraud and after reading the bad reviews here I am afraid I will not see my order. I am not holding my breath to receive my order but at this point even if I do get it I will never order from them again. Thankfully it is not expensive, but I will never buy the brand again, there are so many other brands out there that do better. I ordered from their Canadian site, by the way. Will definitely dispute the charge and file a complaint with BBB if I don’t get my order or money back.

Absolutely abysmal customer service

Absolutely abysmal customer service. My package didn't arrive and was reported damaged by Evri, Laura Mercier offered no assistance and simply closed my case without a reply. Package then arrived, damaged and with none of the items inside, once again customer service completely unhelpful - reported they did reply to my earlier concerns but their reply was "unsuccessfully received" as if I had done something wrong in receiving their none existent reply. Now refusing to replace the missing products. They also showed NO concern for the damaged box and that the concealers inside could have been opened or tampered with and I could no longer trust they were sanitary, as the box had been damaged and opened (doesn't bode very well for their cleanliness standards for their products). I can no longer trust them as a company and will not be using their products as they clearly do not care at all about customer safety and the cleanliness of their products or operation.

The worst customer service I’ve…

The worst customer service I’ve experienced ever!
They owe me over £150 of refunds from missing orders and products I’ve returned back but have mysteriously not reached them. I don’t believe that. I will now be contacting trading standards and having this investigated as I believe there is an element of fraud being committed here. To top this up - the products are awful and overpriced for the cheap quality they are. I would highly warn others to stay away from this business. Unless I get my money back - I will ensure this business is investigated for fraud.

Inferior new body cream coupled with shrinkflation

Why would you cease producing the original Almond Body Souffle cream? I’m so disappointed on so many levels. I loved my pistachio, amber vanilla, almond and fig options. You’ve ceased it all! What is the matter with you? What are you doing? Do you understand market research? Do you understand the customer is king? The only benefit is that I won’t be spending any more money with you until you’ve seen sense and restored what was a patently winning product. Shame on you. 😠

Terrible Service

Laura Mercier is not only still cruelly testing on animals, but their customer service is shockingly abysmal. It took over two months for me to resolve a simple one-item order. I will never order from them again, and I caution others to be careful, because they will hold onto your money. Also, choose cruelty-free brands.

I’m becoming increasingly concerned…

I’m becoming increasingly concerned about this brand. I loved their products when I first discovered them, but retailers are struggling to obtain stock, and this has been going on for about a year now which is really off putting. Even the manager in our local Space NK told me she suspects that the business is going under.. which has totally put me off using the brand altogether. I’m going back to Nars/ Charlotte Tilbury.

The website is the worst experience

The website is the worst experience. Chat response is a day later and website lags make it a time waster to order from. Products have downhill as well. Sad. They were great back in early 2000

Do not buy from website

Do not buy from website. States 30 days return by emailing them. Nobody replies to email, social media and nobody answers phone or calls back. Scammers!!!! Stay clear, I’m so annoyed.

Buy in person / not from the website

I ordered products directly from the Laura Mercier website. Their delivery partner, FedEx, had a mix-up with my package, and it took me HOURS to report the problem and 7 days to get resolution. The people at Laura Mercier were very understanding, however, and worked with me to replace the order. I enjoy Laura Mercier products, but I don't think I'll order them directly from the website again.

No Customer Service

My wife wanted to try and to buy some Laura Mercier products for a special occasion. They have counters in Bentalls and John Lewis department stores in Kingston Upon Thames but they are never manned. We tried calling the company's so-called "customer services" to see if it was possible to make an appointment but no one answered. After reading all the negative reviews on this site - and noting the lack of any response from the company - there's no way we'd risk ordering online from them. The products may well be excellent but it's a mystery to us how they ever expect to sell any.

Ordered in the UK on 12th April. One of three items arrived. My order receipt email had no order number or details on it. No one answers the phone. Am now waiting for reply to the email. Not impressed and pleased I used a credit card. I think they must be going bust as they never update their stock in John Lewis

Products are massively overpriced, these are not the holy grail of cosmetics you would expect for the price! You can get much better quality and value products from high street drugstores.

Extremely poor customer service

Customer service is appalling probably since it isn't human. I placed an order seven weeks ago and it was cancelled. No one communicated to me that they cancelled the order nor had they refunded my money. I wasn't angry about not getting the product, rather I am furious about the way I was treated. I found my order was cancelled when I reached out to them. They promised to refund my money, however I had to have my credit card company dispute the sale to get my refund. Shame on Laura Mercier for treating their customers so badly. The makeup is excellent, but not worth dealing with this customer service department. I'll never purchase Laura Mercier again.

Awful customer service

I called customer service and asked for a supervisor/manager and they refused to put me through to resolve my issue. This means I will never bye another product from this line because I was not treated like a customer.

No customer service!!

I placed an order on January 13 and it still has not shipped almost a month later. No updates from customer service and I’ve tried to connect via chat and email and have had no response. Of course, they have already charged my credit card although I have received no merchandise and I will dispute it I will never order from this site again!
