Awful company please for your sake DO NOT GET APP. All seriousness you are better off calling landscapers around you. This company I used for almost a year and had around 30 cancellations and rescheduled services.

Forced to input a credit card to get a rate quote and then told "it's not possible to cancel your service at this time, we are still updating this feature". As another user stated, the company hides a "three service minimum" in order to provide you a quote. I've been chatting with a bot that says their system will not allow them to cancel the service. Pretty terrible to start.

Once they've got you, they won't let go easy.
I've had to update my review, unfortunately. While the app is functional, it appears to be designed explicitly to inhibit your ability to stop service. When you need to adjust the dates or frequency of your lawn cutting the app makes it extremely difficult, and when you inevitably find a service that will cut your lawn for cheaper (and you will, the prices are almost double what others in my area charge for mowing) they do not allow you to cancel without going through an obnoxious, repetitive support process unless you have had at least three mows on your yard.
The addition of tipping is also irritating. If the prices were competitive then perhaps it wouldn't be so bad, but when they're already charging far more *and* they add the expectation of a tip it's too much. Yes, it is optional - but we all know how "optional" tips are here in the states these days, if there's a tip button in a service to your home address ignore it at your own peril.
The only reason this review isn't a one is because despite the flaws I don't think I experienced *any* bugs with the app. At the very least, it was well constructed.

No show
I scheduled grass cutting service and no one showed up the first day. I received a message asking could brown roots grass cutting come out the next day. I said, sure. No one showed the second day. I do not recommend this company.
