My lawn was cut cleanly and my yard was free of any extra clippings.
If I were to have any critiques, it would be that the grass was a bit scalped on the top of the swale up from the curb in my front yard. But I can see how not having that happen would be tricky.

Met my requirements
Casey mowed my lawn at just the right length I requested (5 inches). He was great to communicate with ahead of the mow, timely and responsive with answer. And he followed through as I asked. The lawn looks great. This hasn't always been the case with other Lawn Starter mower people.

They never showed up
After 2 weeks of waiting for them to cut our lawn and listening to multiple reasons why they kept rescheduling we finally gave up when the lady , today, used her personal problems as an excuse. Totally unprofessional.

I was not at the property when Hugo initially came to service my lawn, we talked on the phone and discussed what I wanted him to do and my expectations from him.
He did exactly what I asked him to do and sent me pictures of the lawn after he did the services.
My lawn looks so good now.

I signed up with Lawn Starter for my…
I signed up with Lawn Starter for my property and they quoted a price, a day later I get a message saying mowing gets moved to new date and I did inform them about growing grass if they do so, but there was no action and at the end I was charged for long grass.
I did leave a dispute which got rejected just by looking at wrong pictures sent by pro.
I definitely do not recommend anyone using lawn starter.
