I contacted Lawyers Conveyancing after we finally had an offer on a house accepted. The contract received was a little daunting so we opted for the pre-purchase advice package. Amazingly Peter was able to get back to us the same day with a very detailed document which included general and specific advice in relation to the section 32 and contract. We hadn't spotted that although we said the offer was subject to finance and building and pest that the agent hadn't included it, that there was a missing part of the section 32 or that there was a tennant living there! There were several other things noted too with recommendations to delete or add items to the contract before signing. We decided not to proceed with the purchase in the end due to the number of concerns raised that the agent refused or avoided answering, claiming he had lots of other interested buyers with less fussy conveyancers (and that was just asking for the missing information).

We are very grateful to Peter and his team as we feel we have narrowly escaped a very regretful house purchase. They empowered us to trust our instincts and follow the facts rather than the Fear Of Missing Out. We will definately use their services again.

We used Lawyers Conveyancing twice for pre purchase advice. In both occasions, Peter was very quick, prompt and diligent with going through the section 32s and contract of sales. He picked up on potential current and future legal issues which deterred us from purchasing. Have we not done so, we could possibly face issues when selling the property in the future and to even live in it. I cannot recommend them enough. They are by far the quickest and most thorough conveyancing service we have ever used.
