I've used Lawyers Conveyancing 3 times, every time it's nice and simple. They are highly responsive and always answer any questions I have. Their online system is easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend and will use for next purchase.

Lawyers Conveyancing were great to deal with. Made the whole process super simple, there online secure portal was super easy to use, and they were extremely quick to respond to all the questions and issues I had.

I have used their service for about 6 properties now and each time I have received the service and end results as I would expect from a professional business.

The service was efficient, well priced and courteous.

However, I also found it not personalised and sometimes hard to get answers to my questions (always quick replies back which was great but one liners of type 'don't worry, its all sorted out' were not really answering the questions).

Multiple automatic long emails were involved sometimes with sections that did not apply to me and created confusion, which should not have been there in the first place (I had provided all my information and presumed the person I dealt with had considered that). I presume however such an automated way helps to bring the fees down.

As I was purchasing a property for the first time, I had multiple questions on the process and found it hard to understand the specifics and the legal and financial implications, often even to answer the questions that were asked of me. Also the conveyancer took some initiatives and sent communications to the seller deciding on my behalf, without consulting me and I found that sometimes not quite right.

All and all the service was good and this would be perfect for someone that has purchased properties many times and knows the process.

We have used these guys twice and they are great. The first settlement was over the Christmas period and time was short. Lawyers Conveyancing was able to provide detailed guides which I used over the Christmas holidays to confidently challenge the contract and close the deal. But of course the time was short and Lawyers did the work and closed it all on time.

Our second buy had different issues, and Lawyers was great. Easy to talk to and proactive on advice.

If I was to buy a third time (hope not!) I would definitely go with Lawyers Conveyancing again. Love you guys!

I have used Lawyers Conveyancing more than once. I live overseas so dealing with the purchase/sale of a property in Australia is somewhat more demanding. I found Lawyers Conveyancing helpful at all stages of the process. They are a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them highly.

I truly from start to finish hated my experience with Lawyers Conveyancing and would never use them again or recommend them. They are weak, very basic don't care and NEVER communicate I had to constantly chase up Jill for an update, they charged me ridiculous fees for stuff I don't even know. Awful. Never ever Again!!

Bravo on the reply Peter... But that you need to read my review carefully. You haven't even addressed what my issue was with your company!! I was happy with the agreement I made personally with the Vendor. That wasn't the issue, and you've just proven my point on how unprofessional you are!! Such poor taste to put my private information out there like this, but all in all. Thanks for proving me right.

And now you edit it cause I had to correct you.. Slick. All in all you guys provide a poor service, with bad communication skills. That's it. I'm so happy I took matters into my own hands and did a deal independently, best decision ever.

AND finally don't ask me to review your company if you can't handle some honest truth!!
