I booked flights with mix and match…

I booked flights with mix and match like I normally do using laybuy .
I received an email from mix&match just recently explaining that laybuy are with holding payments for my airfare, I have to cancel my flights... but laybuy are still trying to take payments and charging me not just 1 late fee but a second late fee , what's really strange is they sent me emails to tell me about these late fees but can't respond to my emails asking why they aren't paying for my flights when I have Cleary paid according to their app.
So this was a good company for a minute there but atm I feel ripped off, ignored. And kind of taken advantage of .
I am utterly refusing to pay any more money towards my flights until this is resolved,
As for the late fees (¿!#/:×!)

I am absolutely gutted that Laybuy NZ…

I am absolutely gutted that Laybuy NZ has gone into receivership. Since I joined several years ago it has enabled me to purchase things and then budget to pay them off. I frequently paid off my items earlier than the 6 weeks. We have worked well together! I feel like I'm losing a friend. I have found the App really easy to navigate as well. I am genuinely extremely sorry to see this great service go. Thank you for the years you have assisted me to budget well for what I needed.

Worse company ever , stay away from laybuy

Worse company ever, the customer service is terrible and rude, defo this craig fello. They ghost you and refuse to , help , no matter what or if u got a disability, they would spit on your grave , if they should and knock u down, when u need help. Their customer service, they do not listen or even care about you, they ask for personal information like your medical letter or disability letter and uc and so on , if u need help, personal information, like it wrong to ask people for. I feel unheel and they made me feel uncomfortable , but even so i gave them proof and still refused to help u. If this not bad they can take weeks or months to reply or if they dont feel like it, u dont get a response at all, stay away from laybuy, they will rip you off, scam u and treat you like scum no matter , who you are . This company, need new management or be shut down. As their (D/@ks heads). If u missed a payment expect a 6£ fee a next day , no matter what u do. I cant wait to leave and i be telling my friends to aswell and write a bad review. We will also be going to a news paper and doing a live review with our 100s of 1000s followers. Then see how this company last.

People, i would recommend you all use clearpay, their customer service actually respected u and they also awarded you too . Keep away and let make a stand, am guessing i dont stand alone, when i say this

And ps laybuy ,pls reply to this am calling you out . I wont be silent.

I used Laybuy weekly for Amazon

I used Laybuy weekly for Amazon, never had an issue with it, now Laybuy has removed this and some other popular stores!
After going back on the app in hopes it would be back looks like the app is down and has been for over a week now!

Please sort this out Laybuy and bring back the other stores!!!

Absolute garbage customer service

Absolute garbage customer service. Straight up lied to people about what was happening to the company (some sleuths had worked out their accounts were in receivership months ago in the comments here) but no, keep telling us that you're working hard to get the apps back on the site. A total farce.

You've already admitted via help section that the app was the issue
So common sense would dictate if i can't get in to change my card how could i pay
You then ignore my help requests for 15 days!! Wta!

I am very sad yo hear about the closure…

I am very sad yo hear about the closure of Laybuy NZ and Australia.
I've been a client of laybuys since the very opening and have spent thousands with them. I have always found them to be an excellent app and service and would continue to stay with them should they reopen under a new name. I understand that is up to the Receivers, however being an optimist I hope so.
Thank you for yr support and service over the last few years and I am pleased I never missed one payment, although towards the end I did panic when I couldn't log on to make a payment, but managed to solve that another way.
A very convenient and easy solution to the simple problem of no cash on hand for urgent needs, and some not so urgent.
All the best for yr future.

I couldn’t make any purchases. Here is what the news says why :

Laybuy had already disabled its website in mid-June, but now the news of its collapse has been confirmed, with FTI Consulting handling its administration process. Laybuy customers have been told to continue to make payments as normal if they took out credit with the firm before its collapse

All good things must come to end

Thank you Laybuy and team for making Christmas time special in our home. Absolutely gutted to have lost Laybuy. But all good things don’t last forever.

why couldn’t they just be honest with…

why couldn’t they just be honest with customers and tell them they were closing down! instead of all the excuses they’ve been using for months also these new 5 star reviews all of a sudden seem a little sus maybe trying to save their own reputation! definitely fake
