The item was good quality but the postage was extortionate

Order accepted then they emailed me to say not in stock but could send alternative colour on next day delivery. I agreed as needed the box for a birthday present and only had a couple of days before event ( they didn’t charge me any extra for next day due to their stock issue) . Parcel not delivered to my house but some other address which I could not track down as they had sent it to the wrong address and it had been left with somebody else’s neighbour. The delivery company would not give me the details as where it has been left due to the wrong details and as far as they were concerned it wasn’t my parcel. I emailed for a refund but got no response very disappointed. Had to make pay own packaging for the gift and as a result it got damaged ruined my gift would not use or recommend this company

Transaction went through fine but not heard anything since - no email to say item dispatched or tracking details. Emailed company to enquire and have no response, also tried calling several times and there’s no answer. There may be a valid reason but hard to give a positive review when I’ve not received my item or any communication except an email asking me to rate my purchase!

Did not receive the delivery of items. Sent emails twice and had no replies. Was purchased for a birthday present 2/3 weeks in advance and now is too late. Took my money and ran. No communication and no items. I want my money back!

Lovely set of 3 rigid gift boxes. Very good quality. Securely packaged so no damaged corners!

Product was fine (bought a sample). But, contacted them for a personalised quote and never heard back. Making the sample purchase a but useless.
