We were not told that the installation was incorrect and that leakbot was not suitable for our house. The leakbot had been in place for about 4 years and inspected 3 times!

the engineer was on time and phoned first- he wore the Leakbot polo shirt, he was peasant wore shoe covers in the house and explained his task and I showed to him the various water outlets. he tested the system found a slight overflow from the water cistern in an enclosed area which was dribbling into the pan. He fixed this. He checked the Leakbot was functioning. He was cheery and a good representative of the company..

A very good experience. The person attending was very courteous and polite, explained the procedure and what checks he was undertaking and explained the issues and undertook the work needed efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.

Expert arrived on time, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Tested the cold water system all round the house, fitted a new washer on a toilet cistern and a new outside tap. Retested the system and pronounced everything OK

I obtained Leakbot when it was offered to me free by my house insurance company. The sensor revealed some minor leaks which were investigated and attended to by the Leakbot engineer. There was a further alarm from the sensor but the company addressed this by a prompt re-visit by the engineer who was very efficient, polite and tidy in the work. The system has now been checked and deemed leak free. The sensor seems to work well. There is a delay in the reading format on how much water has been used. This is a broad estimate of 'low' or 'High" and not an actual measure, the water meter will record this.

The leakbot representative arrived on time and was very pleasant and thorough. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the leak that we had already discovered since receiving the leakbot alert as it was on our hot water system not our cold water. I had explained this to the leakbot office when contacting them and arranging the visit.
