Leakbot accurately remotely detected a leak after been leak-free for a long time. A technician attended and found the source of the leak after a systematic investigation. Leakbot changed out ceramic cartridges in a kitchen tap. The technican was keen to please and entheusiatic.

Small fault picked up early and the engineer came and checked the plumbing system to find the fault. Changed one valve and was very determined to find any other faults. Very reassuring process.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. He let me know I placed the leakbot device in the wrong spot. He still ran his tests and determined the leaks were coming from the two bathrooms (shower downstairs, tub upstairs), which is what I assumed. He recommended I start with replacing the cartridges then if that didn’t work, to potentially replace the valves. I gave a 4 star review as I was under the impression the technician would do the work to repair the leak. I even asked that to the leak bot specialist who scheduled the initial appointment with me. They said work would be done free of charge to repair the leak. That did not happen.

The tech was very professional and friendly. He explained every step of the way. The only feedback I would give is that we never received a written report of the findings. I would love to have that for our records.

The technician was very friendly and took time to explain. Everything. Was very thorough and helped solve the issue. He was very amenable and would easily have him come back to do work if ever needed in the future.

I was able to get an appointment booked easily and soon after the leak was detected. The LeakBot Engineer, Blaine, kept me well posted about his arrival time and was friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. He was clearly an expert and was very thorough in tracking down the cause if the leak. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.

The technician was on time and very professional. However he said someone from my insurance company would be contacting me to arrange a valve replacement at no cost to me but I haven't been contacted yet.

Leakbot is wonderful. Spotted a leak and some potential problems nd fixed them. Great concept. Sves me potential trouble and my insurance potential money.

On time, rep was informative. Know what to do for the minor exterior leak.

Endelig produkter som er umuligt at installere. Efter flere forsøg og kontakt med support er det ikke lykkedes. Har heldigvis fået den gratis gennem min forsikring.
Fejl melder man produktet får man en 20 punkt list med ting man skal gøre for at det forhåbentlig lykkes at få produktet installeret og lykkes det alligevel ikke kan man få yderligere support. Hertil skal man så lige oplyse yderligere 10 forskellige ting og så kan man blive ringet op på engelsk. 👎

Det er lykkes at komme ind, men synes stadig det er en bøvlet proces og jeg ikke synes er penge værd. Har kun produceret fordi det var gratis igen mit forsikringsselskab.

Found multiple small leaks that I was not aware of. The plumber was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I appreciated Daniel's willingness to explain how both the Leakbot device worked and how he was detecting potential leaks while he was here. And I appreciated that the visit only too about an hour.

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable, ran his tests using pressure and quickly found the problem , I have to admit that I couldn’t hear the water running through the flush valve. All issues were addressed, I am very happy ( LeakBot) works to save you money !!!!

Absolutely brilliant service. The device and the technology is incredible. Theyinteractions with the company when a leak was detected were simple and straightforward, and the plumber that they sent was first class.

It was helpful to know what was going on in my water system. It was not what I thought and I would have had no way to find out on my own.

Kieran was very friendly and helpful. He had to crawl through a small hatch to access the cold water tank with no complaints. He was also very thorough, identified the issue and repaired the small leak. We are very happy with the outcome.
