Paid for a roofing survey, asked for the copies of the photos and have been emailing multiple times (8 in total over 6 months) but they have been ignoring my emails. Not sure i would trust to carry out work based on that after-care.

Spent nearly £1500 to have this joke of a company fit new gutters and facia (all around plus gable end) only to have it fall down twice due to shoddy installation. After 6 phone calls (one per week over a 6 week period) and being told the manager will be out within 48hrs to personally look at the job (after each phone call) still no show is incredibly frustrating. I'm now going to have to get another company to do what this company should have done in the first place. Don't bother unless you want to get ripped off and then fobbed off. Disappointing to say the least.

Leak proof came and sorted a few leaks across my property, they sorted it all out in a day! Great group of lads. The office staff was very professional and polite also very helpful with all enquiries.

Thanks to Ryan and the lads as well as Kayleigh on the phone sorting an issue on the gable end of the house, which was under its warranty. My gable had some of the sides coming off because of winds, as mine is like a wind tunnel but Ryan and his crew cam and rectified the issue promptly and now it is totally secure. Thank you so much

Came to look at a leak in our roof after having multiple people coming out and not being able to fix the problem. They knew exactly what they were doing and were able to fix the problem straight away. They did an absolutely amazing job, kept tidy and made sure I was informed about everything they did throughout the process. Could not recommend them enough!

I called this company early hours when we had the last storm as I was frantic due to a whole in my flat roof just above my bedroom, the guys were out and on the roof around 1 hour later, they made the roof safe so no rain could damage even more of my home give me lots of reassurance Ryan explained what had happened and what the works entailed they give me a quote which was a great price so I accepted scaffolding was put up a few days later and the job was started the guys were great job completed In a timely manner and left spotless I couldn’t thank Leakproof roofing enough for their quick actions and fast response great respectful also very knowledgeable team thank you again guys

Ryan turned up to inspect the roof after I experienced a leak. After an initial assessment I received a quote on the same day and I agreed the roof should be replaced due to the age and wear. Booked it in with Kayleigh and a few days before the scaffolding and skip were delivered. When the day came the boys arrived bright and early. All the materials were delivered by a local company. They got straight to work and stripped the old roof and got the new membrane and battens down to make it watertight. On day two the majority of the tiles were laid. By the last day the remaining tiles were laid and the finishing touches were done (dry ridge and dry verge). Ryan, Tommy and Gaz were friendly and knowledgable. They answered any questions I had and are very good workers. Very happy with the new roof as it looks a million dollars!

Had a leaking balcony and had one company out previously and no luck in a longstanding repair. I was given a great quote and booked in for a repair. On the day the guys were very knowledgeable and considerate and made sure everything was done to a high standard.

Accepted a quote on the 27th September 2024 took them over 7 weeks to agree to do the work on front and back gutters. Following this they agreed to start the work that should had started on Monday 4th november failed to turn up after waiting in from 12 even though they re assured me they would turn up 3 o'clock came and they said they couldn't do the work that day due to another call. Got promised the work would start at 9 am following day it DIDNT 11 am the man said he's here all day making sure this work gets done he was their for 30 mins and left to get some blue roll to dry my.gutters out. From 11 30 am he was gone to 3pm I was ringing the office telling me he will be an hour 3 hours he was gone all I got was lies from the office when he got back they story what he told me was completely different to the roofer as he got told to load a van and to price a job up even though I got let down the day before and he said he would have to turn up tommrow morning to finish the job pretty unprofessional in my opinion I've worked in the construction trade when I can tell they was lying from the get go avoid if you wanna get let down on day or timings they promise you.

Quoted £300+ to fix leak in roof lantern. Came out and did no more than apply sealant without proper examination of leaking areas, contrary to specification of quote (said they’d done all that would be needed). Didn’t cure leak and refuse to return to do the job properly as no guarantee given. Only recommendation is to avoid this company.

Paid £900 for a report on the roof and the cost of the cherry picker, then was told I would get £450 off the work. It was only a small leak, we manage 72 properties in the area so had an idea of what's required and where it came from. Were then given a quote of just over £11,000 but no report to identify the problem, just a default to new roof. similar jobs have cost around £1000.
Currently with trading standards until we receive a satisfactory response.
