The kiitab pen with a retail value of…
The kiitab pen with a retail value of 99.00 doesn’t work. I have been advised by email that it has a known fault with the memory card becoming displaced in transit. I was then given instructions to open it up and replace the memory card, the screw hole is way too small for me to be able to do this! This should be rectified but they are still selling the product? The support was not great and I have had to keep going back to ask more questions. Really underwhelming as we were quite excited about using the products and still cannot!

Like any electronic product, some parts may require replacement or repair. Kiitab is covered by a 12-month warranty, so if the device cannot be repaired, a new replacement is arranged. We believe a replacement is being arranged for you at present.

Charged me shipping even though free shipping in US over $100.
Edit: I tried it again to see if what I did was correct and it was. It still never worked. They keep saying it was my fault but I tested again and it did the same thing from the US WEBSITE.

My first salah book
My 7 year old daughter really enjoyed reading book ‘my prophet muhammad pbuh my hero’.
My first salah book was the perfect birthday present for her 7th birthday..she learnt about wadu and nmaz from this book.it was really helpfull

Amazing books!
It was easy to order and the books arrived on time. I was kept updated about the delivery which was great. The books are amazing, my daughter loves to read them before bed and she has been enjoying them daily. They have been written soo well,we love reading them ❤️ my daughter has learnt so much from them already. I would recommend them for definite.they're great quality too
