It was great experience with Muhammed and zobier, they were very helpful and understanding with my last minute additions.

Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have received.

2. Willing to accommodate changes and very understanding.
3. Costa and Breno were very friendly upon arrival and understanding of my situation.
4. Good and quick service for a reasonable price.

Read all the reviews and I convinced myself that they were the right choice to move me out of my one bedroom flat to a bungalow no more than 30 minutes drive , please read this before you book this appalling company
How wrong could I have been the most stressful day I have ever had, there quotation said between 9am and 11am and I would get a text with a eta
From 9 am I text & called over 10 times and emailed for someone to call me back to at least confirm they are still coming
Finally at 956 someone finally bothered to call me and confirm that they were going to come and they would let me know what time they would be here around 11am
I had to be totally vacated by 1 pm and they finally turned up at 1140 , 1h 20m to load a Luton van , I had to help load to try to get out and we finally finished at 130 pm

Very friendly ,efficient, cares for your furniture ,very hard working ,and what I thought would of taken all day ,they finished in a few hours ,I would strongly advise people to use this company everything itemised, and quoted ,very reasonable prices.and they care 10/10

Stress free, hands off move. Zee and Mauricio were professional and did an excellent job. Moved on a hot day and still provided an excellent service.

Had a fantastic experience with Leaways from start to finish, from getting an initial, very reasonable quote all the way through to the job being finished. Costa and Breno were both fantastic, really friendly, and did a great job, even with some unexpected dismantling. Couldn’t recommend Leaways enough.

Fabiano and Clayton were amazing. Their patience and care were exactly what you want when moving house. The organisation before the move was also clear and straightforward which gave me piece of mind prior to the move too.

When I next move I will definitely reach out to Leaways again.

Zee and Riz were absolutely brilliant. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Thank you again guys!

Leeways did very well. Our flat has no parking and is far from the nearest road and the guys just got on with it once they realised the situation. By far the cheapest quote and I have no idea why - they were great. Would recommend.

Rizz and Zee were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful and friendly. They accommodated all of my last-minute changes without any hassle, and they even managed to get some very heavy objects up to the second floor flawlessly. Absolutely professional—zero breakages and zero scratches. To top it off, they helped assemble all my furniture exactly the way I wanted it. Huge lifesaver

Zee & Costa, the super crew. Sorted out my daughters move, being friendly & professional. Made her move less stressful. Would defo give 10 stars 🌟. Turned up on time, delivered on time. I can't express the excellent service received from this company enough. Thank you.

I was extremely impressed from start to finish by everyone at Leaways Removals. The quote was thorough, clear and great value - communication was easy and the actual removal and delivery was handled exceptionally.

It was one of the hottest days we have had all year and the guys worked hard to get things done quickly and without damaging my items or the properties they were in.

I cannot recommend them enough - a company you can trust to deliver on cost and services

We are highly impressed by the exceptional service, from the initial quotation to the prompt and detailed email confirmation.

Marni demonstrated exemplary professionalism in managing the logistics.

Rozz and Fabiano were instrumental in the collection and delivery of our furniture, exhibiting remarkable dedication and tireless effort.

We anticipate utilizing their services again in the future.

For someone that never leaves a review… The crew was amazing. Turned a very stressful day into a very relaxed and organised day. Driver went above and beyond. Thank you so much! Recommend 100%

Excellent company. Both Ree and Dee were fantastic.

Zee and Matt were phenomenal! Really friendly guys and not one bit of hassle. They really made moving day so much easier for me as I was doing it alone. Once we arrived at my new property, I offered to help but they refused and did everything whilst I cleaned, which was a massive help!! 10/10 and I would highly recommended to anyone!

We had a fairly big move at short notice, and were quoted a very reasonable price. On the day, Zubair arrived on time and was amazing at fitting everything in! Everything arrived and was unloaded quickly and safely.

Would use again for sure!

Marni has been outstanding both in customer service and in finding the best quote and time. Zee and Rizz who managed to fit a double mattress up the stairs equivalent of a ladder, never complained once, were courteous, polite and placed everything where I asked. Everything was well co-ordinated and they gave me timescales of when to expect everything too. Highly recommend this company and their exemplary workers!

From start to finish the move was seamless, the customer service was great and communication was easy especially when I needed to move the date at a weeks notice. The operatives on site were very helpful and did not stop working taking care off the existing property and used protection throughout. I would 100% recommend using them again.

The move today, which was difficult for many reasons, went really well. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and they really made the day go very smoothly.
They went out of their way to make sure everything was moved safely and there were no damages.
Great value for money and I am very happy to leave a five star review.
