Defective screens coming off your gutter
After my leaf filters were installed one of the screens has completely started coming off and affecting my solar panels. When I called the company they said that was not under warranty. If you cannot stand behind your product you should not guarantee it. I am looking into another gutter company. I talked to the district manager and got nowhere with him. I talked to the regional manager at the home show 6 months ago who put me back in touch with the district manager and nothing has been done. The district manager said to contact you contact the company directly then the company tells you that it is not under warranty and that they will come out and look at your leaffilter screen for $125 service charge and then we'll tell you how much it will cost to repair their defective product. The only reason we got this was it looked like a good product that was being advertised on TV and the salesperson came out and said that any defect to their product would be repaired at no cost under warranty. I do have pictures and I have mailed it to the regional manager and he said he would get it taken care of and nothing has been done. This has all started after the 5th of January 2026 and the problem has not been resolved.
