The customer service is outstanding!! I wasn’t sure about the whole process of buying a diamond on the web, but they were very patient. I sent them a design for the ring I wanted to make and they provided full diagrams and pictures of my design. They also sent me a video of my ring before it was shipped to me.
They responded to all of my emails within hours. I can’t recommend Leela Diamonds enough!! My ring was ordered, custom made and shipped to me, within 25 days the entire transaction was complete. I will buy from them again.

The Service from Leela diamonds is really helpful, kind and quick. Their diamonds are of high quality and affordable prices. The shipping with UPS is the only part of my experience that was negative, this is not something that is their fault. However, if I was to give advice on an area to improve, I would look at changing the courier as they were not very reliable.

I am from Canada, I was a little hesitant buying a diamond off the internet but was very impressed. The communication was fast and accurate and the price was so good I could not buy it in Canada for the price they offered. I would totally recommend them!

Beautiful well priced 2 carat oval diamond. Buying process was easy and diamond arrived well packaged with all documentation included. Communication back and forth was done a professional and quick manner.
I have requested a quote on a commissioned mount for the stone and it too arrived quickly and reasonably priced!

The selection of the diamond was easy, the delivery was quick, and the price was unbelievable. The price was so unbelievable I had to have it checked because I thought I was being duped.
