I purchased my first colored lab diamond from them recently and had a great experience. The diamond was in an overseas office with longer shipping time so they offered me a similar stone with faster shipping. I told them I wanted the original one I ordered. They got it to me quickly, within about a week. The diamond looks like the video, came with the igi certificate and has the matching igi inscription. Great experience. Would buy again.
