TERRIBLE COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND

This company are by far the worst company I have dealt with

They do not give names of advisors so there is no accountability or someone to chase

I ordered expensive footwear and returned them the minute they arrived - this was 2 months ago. I have recieved no refund they have incredibly rude and dismissive customer service and now they are ignoring me. I brought the return to Royal Mail myself and paid the return yet they refuse to give me my money back and I have emailed them daily with no replies.

Awful company and a scam be very careful ordering incase you need to return something you will not see your money back

Leider sehr negative Erfahrungen. Über amazon bei Legend Footwear bestellte Muck Boots gingen innerhalb von 6 Monaten kaputt. Ein Stiefel ist undicht. Der Verkäufer reagiert überhaupt nicht auf die Reklamation, auch nach mehrfacher Erinnerung durch amazon selber nicht.
Letztendlich hat auch amazon aufgegeben und sich aus dem Vorfall rausgezogen. Ein Armutszeugnis für Amazon UND Legend Footwear.
Ich kann nur dringend von einem Kauf bei diesem Verkäufer abraten. Kundenservice existiert nicht.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. I resent giving them 1 star at all. I bought some boots which arrived damaged, immediately tried to generate a return within an hour of delivery & absolutely zero customer service.

- Phone lines either cut off or do not ring
- no reply to emails
- after trying to generate a return label I had an automated response to say I should receive the return post label shortly, it never came.

FOR ANYONE ElSE IN THIS POSITION - you are able to do a charge back with your bank. It takes a few months, but eventually I got my money refunded
Terrible company, with zero customer service if you have a problem! Never again!

The quality problem refund issues has returned and post office confirmed
60days I still haven't my refund contracted to legend footwear no response,I had reported to police recorded they don't mind because too many bad reviews
Next procedure to legal action to government UK relative development hopefully can get back my money wasted a lot of time

Purchased a pair of Ecco shoes (£139)…

Purchased a pair of Ecco shoes (£139) from here and was extremely dis satisfied with their response to the sole delaminating from the shoe. With only approx 30miles clocked up on these shoes I determined it has to be a manufacturing fault but the representative must know better even when I sent the pictures showing no wear on the sole. Support team said it was 'consistent with general wear'. Wouldn't recommend or purchase another pair of shoes from this website again. Be warned!

Customer service Not !!!!

Ordered some timberland boots for a Christmas present and they never arrived. Tracking showed them at a PO hub but this status never changed so contacted Legend Footwear multiple times through Amazon and fobbed off every time, and now not even responding ! Nearly two months in and no boots and no refund and now not even responding to comms. The initial issue may have been their courier but it’s me left out of pocket and no excuse for poor customer relations. Please Legend Footwear give me my money back………

Boots, cracked and split within 3 months

Purchased a pair of boots, and within 3 months, they cracked and split. Now these retail at approx £260, of course, I never paid this for them. So I ask, is this acceptable? Contacted the support team, and they basically said, "The issue you have reported has been assessed and is not linked to a manufacturing defect." I mean, really, come on, show some common sense, how can this be the case? In my humble opinion, I would be careful buying footwear from this company, as it would appear they get poor-quality footwear and sell it cheaply.

Nicht mal einen Stern wert! Nicht zu empfehlen hier zu bestellen! Mein Mann hat mir an sich sehr schöne Hunter Chelsea Boots bestellt. Schon nach kurzer Zeit ist im Fersenbereich die Klebenaht aufgegangen. Somit haben die Schuhe und ich möchte anmerken: es sind Gummistiefel der Marke HUNTER die nicht täglich und schon gar nicht stundenlang getragen wurden, sondern nur bei Regenwetter, die jetzt nicht mal 3 Monate gehalten haben! Ein Witz vom Kundenservice. Unsere Reklamation wurde abgebügelt mit, es würde sich nicht um einen Herstellungsfehler handeln, ein Ersatz wurde auch nicht angeboten. Eine Stellungnahme wurde uns von der Firma HUNTER diesbezüglich natürlich nicht übermittelt.. Wir haben auf unseren Gewährleistungsanspruch hingewiesen, seitdem übt sich Legend Footwear in ghosting. Avoid using this company

EDIT- The claim of transparency or fairness is false. Pictures were sent and “inspected” and I was simply told I could not have a refund, repair or replacement as per consumer law with no explanation. They have never inspected the shoes, which the sole has become detached on one at the front and the other is opening up in the same way. This can only be a fault in manufacturing. No “policy” can override the UK consumer law that within 6 months the fault was assumed to be there at purchase and it is up to them to prove they are not faulty, not my duty to prove they are faulty. After trying to get further information they will not communicate with me at all, nor will they send me an up to date ADR option given the one in their terms and conditions has dissolved. Trading standards have been informed and I would encourage people to avoid as a high number of reviews here show the same pattern of ignoring UK consumer law.

Avoid using this company! Do not follow UK consumer law when there is a fault within 6 months of purchase, which they must provide a refund, repair or replacement. They will not do this on a pair of clearly faulty Ecco shoes that were expensive. Now having to pursue them through small claims as their ADR company dissolved in 2017. Awful customer service.

Excellent business

Excellent branded products. Quick acknowledgment of orders and rapid delivery with Royal Mail. I have recently bought 2 pairs of Ecco soft 7 sneakers - one of which was Goretex-lined - and saved an eyewatering £140. Shoes - in mint condition. Very happy...nothing more to add.
