I don’t often leave reviews but it was my first time using these guys. The price was so good that I thought it might be a scam website but other reviews reassured me. The boots arrived so quickly and they’re perfect. Honestly 10/10 from these guys. I’ll be back - feel like I’ve found a gem!!

Ordered via amazon, Uggs ripped in 3 places are the second wear - now £££ out of pocket & without wearable shoes! They are clearly FAKE UGGS. Having to contact my bank to get a refund. Please avoid AT ALL COSTS

We take authenticity very seriously, and all of our UGG products are thoroughly tested and examined before shipment. We have not received any contact from you regarding a return request or concern via email, and we are disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to resolve this directly with you.
Please note that UGG boots can sometimes develop issues based on storage, exposure to sharp objects, or wear and tear over time. As your purchase was made months ago, we are unable to investigate further without more information.
