I am happy with Dr. Batu and the whole team for the incredible smooth process from start to finish. The team was very polite, gave good care/attention and were very professional. The coordination between different teams were well organised and implemented. I am very happy with the procedure and support I received throughout but obviously to early to comment on results.
I cannot recommend medaway/ legend highly enough. We were treated so well by all the staff. Especially Sefa. This guy made our visit so effortless and special. He was brilliant. I highly recommend
I was skeptical when I booked the procedure in Jan, but from that moment onwards all the processes have been incredibly smooth and every member of the Medaway team have been beyond attentive, courteous, thorough and patient, whilst still maintaining an efficiency that I have never experienced before with even the highest standards of paid medical care. I needed a 2nd hair transplant and decided to go through Medway…Medaway put me on to legendhairtransplant, from booking to post procedure was brilliant couldn’t have asked for anymore from all staff involved. I even got more grafts put in than originally planned to get a better more fuller head of hair. I’m just over a month in and I’m looking forward to seeing the final result! The only down side was the arm rest on my bed didn’t stay up which made it slightly uncomfortable throughout the procedure, other than that 5*
From the start they were always there to answer questions. When it came to the trip, I knew exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to go as they gave clear instructions. On the day of the transplant, it was well managed and ran smoothly. The after care given was also amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better team.
