Built real structure and consistency after years of inconsistency
I have been going to the gym since 2013 but I was never truly consistent.
Especially during COVID, I completely lost my rhythm and ended up in a skinny fat phase with low motivation.
I started working with Antti in 2024 at exactly the right moment. What made the biggest difference for me was not just the workouts, but the structure he helped me build from day one.
We started simple but effective: full body workouts 3x per week, daily step targets, hydration habits (4L per day) and a clear routine I could actually stick to.
The first 3 months were very hands-on. He was available daily on WhatsApp, gave quick feedback and we had weekly 1:1 check-ins.
That level of accountability helped me completely reset my habits and drop the skinny fat while building a solid foundation.
After that phase, I continued in his program for almost 2 years. During that time, I went through multiple phases (cuts and now a bulk) and the progress has been solidly consistent.
Even when I was handed over to other coaches in the team, the transition was smooth and the quality stayed high.
One thing to be aware of: after the initial intensive phase, the coaching becomes less hands-on. You still get your training and nutrition plan and have access to support, but it requires more self-accountability with less check-ins.
For me, that was actually a good thing because it forced me to take ownership of my routine.
Overall, I can honestly say the coaching through Antti and his team gave me something I never had before: consistency and structure. That's what made the difference and helped me build a robust foundation.
